Les compré un smartphone a mediados de octubre y el 11 de noviembre lo tenia en casa importado desde china directamente.
Un producto que no encontraba en España. Por menos.de 300€ comprado por 103€ -increíble-
Fueron atentos y diligentes con mis preguntas sobre la evolución del envío durante el proceso de espera.
Recomendables desde luego por mi experiencia.

I bought an android tablet. Battery went dead. Then was in Russian. Got back to English but since then not working and a week ago a penguin showed up in left upper corner. The company will not respond to any of my requests for help. I want my money refunded. I was hesitant about buying from a company in China but saw they had 24 hr help so though it would be ok but that is related to NEW orders only. Good luck with anything else.

I am writing here to warn you all! I ordered a Smartphone on the 2nd of october, I even paid extra for the fast delivery in 3-5 days!
Their website says than the customer service answer in 24 hours when I actually waited for almost a week for an answer.

After 10 days someone finally contacted me to tell me than the phone was back ordered and asked if I wanted to wait or choose an other phone.
I had to settle for a phone at aprox the same price, but with less features.
Few days after, they contacted me again asking me to pay the 2$ difference; let's not forget than I paid extra for the fast delivery and the delivery insurance!

Here is the exchange of messages with the customer service after giving them 2 phones options to send me:
Order num: D**************

We have chosen the first one for you, but you need to pay the difference,
We will send the invoice to you, please wait for it patiently.

I sent them the following message on the 10/21/2013:
Hi Dore,
To buy a phone with you is starting to be too much of a straggle.
I was hoping than your company would do a nice gesture and send the phone quickly without asking for me to pay the 2$ difference.
I have been waiting more than 20 days; finally, I will receive my phone after 1 month! When I placed my order with the fast delivery to have it in 3-5 days! And you still asking me to wait "patiently" to pay 2 dollars difference for a phone I didn't choose at the first place.
If your company cannot understand the customer satisfaction, I will ask you for a refund, and will buy my phone on an other website.

They answered a couple of days later: I will ask our colleague whether we can ship it to you, if ok, we will arrange shipment.

The phone was finally sent on the 25 of November and I received it more than one month after ordering it!
I really needed this phone to start my new job.
I have never been so disappointed when ordering online.

The Website it self good. Big amount of products with pictures and details for them. The delivery of items also not bad compare with others - in time so far. I made 4 orders already and never have any damaged items. The minus in this Internet shop is that they asking money for transportation of items to your home (most of goods NOT FREE shipping), when many others shops included transport fee in items' price. In the end when you making your order, price almost become double (on heavy orders) with included the mailing fee. Therefore always compare the LAST payment amount with what you expected to pay for the items you ordered.
