Ordering a computer from this site was the WORST decision of my life! I received this cheap plastic computer that works like a piece of dog poo! I wouldn't even pick up cow s*** with it! The company was NOT helpful at all and did not care about my satisfaction! It was a total scam! They even ignore my emails and say sorry not our problem! I am so PO! Stay away from this site! They are lying bast$&@&$&&$$&&&&&&! So mad, I thought I was getting a good deal for getting $100 computer but with all the BS I had to buy to make it work made it $300 and still don't work a s$&@! If I could I would honestly go fly to where ever the He double hockey sticks this place is and kick these people's bums because they are so inconsiderate about their coustomers! (srry for my typing) this was deffenatilley a Cra$ppy deal! Don't even look at this site! It's horrible! My new goal in life is to spread the word that this company sucks a$&$&! Sorry for my rage! I have placed an order for seven items in September, my order was kept on hold for two weeks, when I contacted Happy deal, I had a reply that an item is out of stock and I made an agreement so that the six items that are available will be sent and the out of stock item will be sent when it is available. They informed me that my order was sent and supplied me with three CN tracking numbers. These tracking numbers do not work.In October I was informed that the item that was out of stock has been sent and gave me a Singapore tracking number. This item arrived but the others never arrived. Today the 9 th November 2013, I am still waiting for the other six items I have paid good for postage and packing. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THIS IS A SCAM.

"WARNING: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB SITE. IT IS A BIG SCAM. I ordered an item and paid for it by PAYPAL 11 days ago and still, they have not sent me my order! Initially, I submitted a ticket for the slow processing. The reply was "they ran out." I checked and found out on their web site that the item was still available and will be shipped in 24 hours. I submitted another ticket on this and I was told that they have them and they will ship it to me as soon as they "check it." I submitted a ticket complaining about the processing and was told now that they cannot ship it to me by DHL and they are waiting for my reply. The process has now taken 11 days! I told them to ship it and return my shipping fee. BEWARE! I think that this is not a real company. The web site is a spider web waiting for victims. I am not happy with AHAPPYDEAL. I don't know if they will ever ship the item to me. They already have my money."

I have ordered a phone on 11/1/2013 and today it is 11/07/2013 and it says my order is still processing. I have called the number on the site and a recording come on and tells me they are closed and I should call during business hours, which I did every time I called. I have also emailed the several times and still I have not gotten a respond and I starting to feel that I have gotten rob by ahappydeal. I have requested a refund or at least my tracking number and still I have not gotten any feedback or a call or email from this site. So if you are thinking of ordering from this site DONT! 1

After I order, I'm told they are not in stock,(website doesn't say that) please be patient I'm asked. 8 days later its still processing, I have asked for a refund thru PayPal, my patience is gone. Later I find out, if site says 'ships in 24hrs' it might be in stock, other wise not much chance of shipping it. Even if you can get live chat, you have to give them the webpage address, not a sku or model number? And they dont handle 'after sales' questions. My recommendation, run dont walk to a reputable company.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my purchase from this site. I ordered a n9600 Android Phablet on 10/24/13 and it arrived via DHL on 10/31/13. Although the phone was listed as "Ships in 24 hrs", it took an extra 4-5 days for the processing to be completed. Aside from the extra time it took for processing, the phone arrived in a timely manner.

I am very satisfied with the overall quality and build of the phone, especially for the price! I will certainly look to purchase another phone from ahappydeal.com in the future and I definitely recommend to others (who aren't looking to break the bank) to do the same!

Ahappydeal.com is a great place to get a wide variety of things. I have purchased from them 3 times so far, and have been very happy with the things I bought. A microphone, to talk to my Mom on line, a Cree Flashlight to hunt critters at night for photos, not shooting, and a Smartphone. Very happy with all three. Ahappydeal.com stands behind their products, which is rare, and they have good customer service. Excellent prices on everything I have seen on their site.

I see a lot of negative review here and I want to say that I bought from ahappydeal 4 times now and never had a bad experience. Will I say that they are the best wholesale site from China? No, I won't. But they always sent what I asked for. Never had problems with their customer's service. They have this points systems that allows you to have a discount for your next buy. So, the last time I used my points to ask for expedite shipping and everything arrived more than a week faster than usual. Does previous orders arrived on time? I don't recall and I don't mind (I know, that's me). I am placing an order from a wholesale shop in China who sell watches for $2 and Android phone for $40. Who cares if they take 25 days to get here instead of 20? Probably you do and that's why you wrote a negative review, but I don't and that's why I put a positive one. I sometimes buy stuff from the US that take longer than 20 days to get north of the border...

Al in all, not a bad site and I will keep on buying from them.
