My wife and I were online looking for cell phones and we stumbled upon ahappydeal.com. I started browsing the websites and was very impressed with some of the cell phones they have for the cost in which they were selling them for. We decided we would give them a shot and ordered 2 android phones 10/24/2013 a feiteng h9500 and a star s7589.On the website it clearly says ships in 24 hrs. And also had a spot to pay for expedited shipping. We went ahead and made our order. We received a invoice number and it was on processing for several days. I contacted ahappydeal through there online support option and they responded 2 days later with a automated message saying the "24 hr. Shipping does not always mean ships within 24 hrs. And some bull$#*! about having to test the phones and see if there in stock (while the website says in stock). The next day I finally got my tracking numbers and the delivery was rather fast considering the china to new York delivery. My package came in today 10/31/2013 and it only contained 1 phone the feiteng h9500.In the envelope was the packing slip and it had only 1 phone listed. I have sent ahappydeal.com a message hoping to get a reply. For being my first time ordering off this site I was very displeased and would never order from them again." order number D**************

Their price is unbeatable although one should be prepared to wait a long time for shipment. They are not proactive in following up with orders either. I ordered a smartphone and it remained in processing for days. I had to submit an issue and before someone would tell me the phone was out of stock. One would expect the customer service to contact me about the phone being out of stock instead of waiting for me to inquire. There is also the question of: was it really out of stock or were they waiting for the manufacturer to build the phone? The web site did not made it clear that there will be waiting times for the manufacturer to build the phone and time for them to test the phone. In western countries, it was expected that the product were already tested before they were even put to sale. It took me nearly a month of submitting messages back and forth with the customer service did I finally see my phone in shipment. The phone I ordered was out of stock and I had to pay a bit more to get another. It only took 3 days to arrived after status on the account changed to "shipped". When the phone arrived, the flash on the phone camera did not work although it was packaged very nicely and the phone was obviously brand new. The phone was built very nicely other than the camera flash problem. CPU and memory specs matched description on the web site. I wouldn't bother shipping it back to get the flash fixed as the shipment would cost too much. For the price, I felt I got what I paid for. I felt the site is good for buying for personal use. If it's reselling, i would be really concern about the quality as shipping things back would be expensive and time consuming, and that would eat into profits.
I have ordered from this site couple times I ordered a electronic cigg set and it was good quality the first two were the other one not so good but I have contacted them on it waiting on reply and I have a order im waiting on hope it is as good quality as my first order if so I will be doing my christmas shopping with them.

On 10/23/2013 and received my delivery 10/28/2013. Pretty fast.
1ST PROBLEM: I ONLY RECEIVED 1 PHONE IN THE BOX.
2ND PROBLEM: I HAVE GONE TO EVERY CELL CARRIER AND NOBODY CAN MAKE THE PHONE WORK! I was told T-Mobile is the only carrier in the USA that can take "international" phones.
3RD PROBLEM: T-mobile says the phone doesnt recognize any SIM card and the for is STILL LOCKED!
4TH PROBLEM: GETTING THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A LITTLE DIFFICULT BECAUSE YOU CAN HEAR THE PERSON WHEN THEY ANSWER THE PHONE... AND I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DHL LABEL AND SEND IT IN AN EMAIL THAT WILL BE SENT TO ME (I NEVER GOT IT. I CALLED 3 OR 4 TIMES)
I want to have faith in the company from all the good reviews that I have read, but I NEED BOTH MY PHONES. AND I NEED THEM WORKING...
