I've placed an order for my oldest two children and it was suppose to be here by the 23rd of December and I've actually had to email customer service a couple of times since I paid for expedited delivery to find out what the hold up is. I've talked to DHL and my package has been scanned just not sent out yet and I can see the details of the shipping. I just haven't gotten it yet. Trying not to think anything negative but the more I read these reviews the more pissed I get...
I paid for expedited shipping and was given a fake tracking number. Still no item... I'm just curious on your bank statement who does it say your paying to mines says a AOSEN what does yours say. The reason I ask is because I think they are able to use paypal because they keep changing this piece of information. If we can narrow down to paypal that we are all using the same accounts then they would be banned from using paypal. Also we can start a class action suit which would result in a major refund. I have also noticed now that it's Christmas time more and more complaints are rolling in. BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

On 12-18-2013 I decided to check out this website my wife has been pressuring me about. I shop online pretty often, but I usually do my research on websites I'm not familiar with. Obviously I didn't this time. Needless to say the prices of the gadgets sucked me in and I ordered a $253 phablet with insurance and expedited service that came up to $278 through paypal. At 2am the next morning(I ordered at 6pm the night before) they emailed me and asked for my shipping information stating that my billing and shipping address didn't match up, even though I ordered through paypal. That made no sense to me and immediately drew a red flag. I sent my info AGAIN with a ticket. Something didn't seem right, so I decided to email them twice but no answer back. I called but didn't even get a ring on the other end. I decided to research them and WHAT DO U KNOW, FRAUDS! I called paypal within 24 hours of my transaction to cancel and return my money. Paypal told me 11 days so I will be waiting. UNFORTUNATELY MY WIFE WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR THAT NICE PHABLET UNTIL AFTER NEW YEAR! Don't deal with this company, just pay the extra money. It's not worth the stress, and I have learned a valuable lesson

I have ordered three times from this site. First a new phone for myself. It has a couple little glitches but it works. The second was a tablet, a gift. They said it was sent out, gave me a tracking number that didnt work. I wrote them through my account. They do answer, but didnt answer the question I asked, so I asked again. It was at my door before I got a straight answer. And forget expedited shipping, that will NOT happen. Also the tablet was pretty cheap, lots of problems, not a good gift. Third order was two phones as gifts, I am waiting for delivery. I got a tracking number that didnt work. Then an email that said one item was sent, one they will send when they get more, and I can cancel it if I want. Well they took the whole amount for both so I emailed them, asked which item was sent. They emailed back a tracking number and said it will be here within 45 days. That's not what I asked. I guess when I get the package I will find out what I got. I paid for two phones, and don't know what they sent. I will not order from them again.
PS if you read through these complaints, wherever ahappydeal posts a response, it's all the same, word for word. They just throw in a canned response, like when they didnt answer what I asked them.
Update: twice they have emailed me offering to help, twice I responded. The end! They respond so it looks like they will help, but they do nothing at all.
Also, look at the few 4-5 star ratings. The wording in these give it away, it sounds like they are reps from ahappydeal that can speak so-so English. I think they are putting in their own good reviews to boost their rating.

I paid for expedited shipping - $35 - a week later I'm told my address is a 'remote' location and I need to pay another $30 so I pay - no comms so I open paypal dispute - moments after the dispute is opened I get eml with 'Your order is shipped today'

No issues with delivery.
Do not know if it is a SCAM... I just know I ordered over 3 months ago and have nothing! I have communicated with their service 4 times and am told to wait, to go to my post office, and that, of course, they are very sorry. I have requested a refund over a month ago. Their reply was, once again, to check with my post office. Definitely appears I have been had... recommend a new name... abaddeal!

OK! So I am a 16 year old girl. My phone recently got thrown in a toilet from some $#*!y teenager and I orderded a phone on here. I was really excited since it was my birthday and all. But once it came in, it had problems turning on. But eventually it did. The sleep button was broken and once we turned it off again, it never turned back on. It was broken. I had it for not even a whole day. Now I have to wait and it's almost Christmas time. You haven't told us where to ship it back at, and we want an exchange. This one better be working or my family will sue your company! We want it fast shipping. 2-4 days.

Bought a tablet for my little boy for Christmas when I opened it up and turned it in the tablet was broken the screen was cracked and I can't get intouch with them but they respond to my emails wonting me to send 50$ to them and they will send me another one I told them I could not do that they said what about 40$ and I said all I wont is my refund. D back because I paid the shipping incurance and all they wont is money. And I just wont my refund back I done went and got him another one but that's not the point they should not have a return policy if they can't stick with it.

Incredibly poor customer service. I have been 8 days to even receive conformation of my order, yet the company were more than able to take the payment in well under 24hrs. I have since made several attempts to contact them and was ignored on all accounts, however I yesterday emailed them on the Facebook page and got the response "your item will be sent shortly please be patient"! It was meant to have been sent three days ago! I have now requested a full refund as if they can't be bothered to post on time I'm not interested. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift! Extremely disappointed and annoyed. Do not buy from them! And if you are currently trying to get hold of them, I recommend emailing their Facebook page, rather than the "take a ticket " nonsense.

I've visited this site several times and I've always found incredible offers and amazing items.
In my orders I've received a good treat and the communication has been key for me.
In general, I'm satisfied.
They are total cheats. I made an order of 170$ for a product in stock.
5 days after payment they did not dispatch the product and did not answered my claims to the support centre. Just automatic answers that my request is forwarded and being processed.
Thanks to paypal I cancelled the order and got my money back.
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THOSE THIEVES...

APPALLING SERVICE! I placed an order for many items 5 days ago, i paid through the nose for EXPEDITED shipping, of which states should be received within 3-5 days.
Since placing the order i have had no confirmation e-mail withing 24hrs as stated.
Still the status on the website reads 'processing' still after 5 days!
Since then i have opened 3 tickets (sent 3 messages), and not 1 has been replied to.
What an absolute joke!
