I ordered a very cheap tablet from them and it was great, it worked for a year and then the battery or something went, so my daughter decided to order me another one for Christmas. The tablet came a bit late and it was lovely but it doesn't work. I write to them and they answer every couple of day... one question a day doesn't get us much. The lady offered us 10 dollars cash back and a voucher. She didn't say for how much. We said we wanted a refund and she responded that they would send another tablet. Because this one was such a mess we picked on in roughly the same price range and were told we had to pay 120 dollars which is almost what the original one cost. We demanded our money back and she said to send it back but the post wont take it because it contains a lithium battery and it's against the law to put that in the post. I'm waiting on a happy deal to let me know what I have to do. The customer rep doesn't speak very good english. I understand that she's in china and don't expect anyone else there to speak english but since they deal in a world wide market and the main language of their site is english you would expect a customer service agent to speak english. I'm thinking of reporting them to econsumer. I'll wait for their last reply about not being able to ship the tablet back to them today and then decide. I would not buy from this company again. I've used Aliexpress heaps, in fact all my Christmas presents come from there and I think they are wonderful. A happy deal has really let me down. I also referred a computer tech to them when I bought my first tablet and he buys bulk, so big bucks and he has stopped ordering from them because their orders were always late and he couldn't do that being in business. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
It was my very first time ordering from this website. The prices are awesome but I had ordered a phone and payed extra for fast shipping 11 days ago and was suppose to be a 3-5 day delivery and on top of that it didn't even ship out for 7 days. PLUS I had sent numerous of messages and I have not received one reply because I asked why it was taking so long. I am getting impatient.

They got me so fed up. Something need to be done about the shipping methods at ahappydeal. I am not happy at all. Now I order from them on the17 dec. Did not get it in the 3-5 days like I paid for. 4 days later after Christmas it came. Now here what I can not get why this not all my stuff. I asked them what happen she told me I did not have enough for shipping.and that I would have to wait 10-25 days to get the order asked for the shipping number it do not track nothing. This is really some shipping BS y'all need to fix I paid for one order paid the highest amount there was for all my order not half of it now y'all need to come up out y'all pocket and fix my order that will be getting it here for the time I paid for 3-5 days not to tell me to be patient and wait 10-25 days because they have to ship it cheaper by some postal service in Fiji y'all got me messed up don't say sorry no best regards get me my order for the time I paid for y'all playing with my time and my money which you have already.

Pros:
Just getting used to this phone (CUBOT P9) and, what can I say, just WOW! Easy to use and to set up, I just love it.
Cons:
The only con I can think of is that 1 of the sim card slots is for a micro sim but it is not a problem really...
Great gagets with amazing prices. My stuff always comes in time. I'm a buyer a couple of years and this webstore makes me happy every time I receive my order!

My first order was a 9" tablet and I received it before xmas although I expected a 3 to 4 week delivery. The tablet works fine and is a great bargain at £46 delivered. Have ordered 2 more items so hopefully later in January I can report.

The information regarding the items is very complete. Specially in the case of cell phones.
I love ahappydeal they have always delivered the stuff I buy fast and their prices are great. I have been buying stuff from them for a few years. My last two orders were for an android game console and a mp5 game console emulator. Both arrived in plenty of time for Christmas and they were the best prices around by far.

Excellent prices with reasonable rate and speed of shipping. Purchased several mobile accessories with no issues. Order ship out was slow but it arrived eventually (after all it is coming from China).

Over the last 2 years i ordered a tablet, a cheap wireless mouse, and many peripherals for my pc from this site. My first order was the tablet. I got amazed by its functions, it could be a 9 out of 10. The peripherals were great as well. At first i thought "hmm, a cheap mouse, it will be off soon" but no, it works great! I recomend this site for sure!
I ordered two cell phones from this company altho they didn't get shipped out in 24 hours because of holiday rush I did get it in 4 days after is was shipped. I did have a few problems but they have been very helpful and eager to make my experience a good one. The phones themselves work great. For a cloned phone they are good quality. My sister had an accident with her phone and we have had to arrange to send the phone back and get a new one. They have been very helpful and usually very prompt in answering my questions. All things considered I would do business with them again.
I do not recommend. They never delivered, I had to dispute the charges at my credit card

I had 2 order from ahappydeal.com. One of them arrived 34 days fter order (without tracking number), the other arrived 16 days after order (with tracking number). Both product (the spekaer and the bluetooths peaker) working well. I haven't problem.

Intorno al 20/12/2013 mi dicono che il regalo era esaurito! Bene, rispondo che ne facevo a meno basta che mi inviassero l'oggetto ordinato. Pochi giorni fa ho accettato di pagare 30$ in più per la consegna.
Mi hanno detto che mi mandavano il link attraverso il quale avrei pagato i 30$, ma non l'hanno fatto! Ancora oggi sono in attesa! Ho scritto con Coral, Rain, Lucy e tante altre persone. It's a cut and paste e-commerce only to obfuscate the scamming of this site, they simulate a gracefully support but the PROBLEM is that they sell SMARTPHONES that don't work at 100%! Sometime no microphone, no alert led, no calibration of sensors. These Smartphones are GARBAGE of production that they sell to SCAM!
And the support is non sustainable because of price shipment(never refund!), tax(VAT) and because they are pure SCAM!

Well this is the seckend time I've bin ripped off by ahappydeel last year I orerd a phone each for $88 dolers and to game conicals I sent $140 and the poducks did not work so I pays $21 to ship the stuff back and I did not get my stuff back so this year I tryd to order a 7" tablet with duel cameras dual core and a set of headphones red and its bin a mouth and will do not get nothing we orerd it be under Laura Maata or Travis Maatta so I would like my money back and I will never buy from this site when my email is *******@hotmail.com
