Never had this poor service experience with others agency but agoda, sending email to follow up the flight cancellation but end up getting back rude reply from the customer service and asking us do not send too many reminders to them, WTF... pls dont go for agoda guys!
I am surprised to read all the negative reviews about this site. My first experience with agoda is very nice & positive. I made a mistke in booking a hotel through agoda. After i found the mistake I cancelled the reservation. Within two days I received the full amount. They didn´t charge not even one cent. Now I booked some other Hotels. After my stay in the hotels.
