I made some good bookings for the dead sea spa hotel-jordan in november and the price/ performance was the best of all
As my bookings was not refundable but connected to a flight I couldnt reach as Copenhagen airport was closed in the checkin time and I had to take the flight next day as well as the return date had to be changed I experienced great difficulties in reaching a service number to confirm my delay-after several hours trying finaly the Frankfurt office helped me -so was
The biz service kept only writing standard mail answers -only by help of the reservation manager of the hotel I finálly got a contact and the problem solved
I also experienced that another hotel offered -SEHATTY RESORT had a description far from the reality there is something missing in the online reservation system in case of emergency -therefore I dont recommend prepaid not cancel options
