I am an American expat living in Thailand for the past 16 Years. Several times a year we like to stay at different Thai resorts. Agoda is a 10 as far as I am concerned, Over the years every booking has been handled super. We could not be more pleased with all of our bookings.

The worst I have EVER dealt with. They NEVER answer the phone, hence zero customer service... ZERO. They lied to me twice about a refund and cancellation well within their guidelines. Had to work through an Amex claim and finally got it back.
They say Chinese products are junk... well this Chinese company is worse than the cheap junk they export...
NEVER NEVER AGAIN... I'll gladly pay MORE elsewhere.
