I would high recommend Agoda to anyone who need to book hotel online.
In the last 3 years, I travelled out of country for 50% of my time. I use Agoda whenever possible. You truly measure up to their best price guarantee promise and whenever I submitted a lower price claim, they always refund.
I have made a few mistakes on my years of bookings with them (eg. Wrong date, Visa problem, etc) and they always promptly help me to resolve those issue with the hotels.
With our support, I believe we can empower Agoda to have a better negotiation power with the hotel and protect our interest.

I have been using Agoda for years and It is really flawless and sophisticated. I have never come across any problems in any countries regarding my hotel bookings by Agoda. Their rates are always best and competitive. We can easily manage our booking once booked. Booking by agoda is rewarding as well and we can simply en-cash the reward points with our fresh bookings. ****COMPLAINT ABOUT AGODA's TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*******

I made a booking on Agoda's website (
Agoda Booking ID = *******485, Accommodation = Palace Studio Shinjuku Tochomae, Tokyo, Japan) 3 days ago, inserted my card details to secure the booking and clicked on submit. Upon submission, I got a message that Agoda will send me the hotel voucher and booking confirmation in 10 minutes and since then it has been over two days yet no confirmation or booking details have been emailed to me. I can not even check my booking under the MANAGE booking section on Agoda's webiste and to top it all up, I have been to Agoda's customer service like a MAD MAN for the last three days, however, THEY NEVER PICK up my call instead I get transferred to Voicemail, and I have left 10 messages on that but they never called me back. I have sent 6 emails NO reply, I sent them messages through Facebook and finally I got a reply from Dave, one of Agoda's customer service team members, who assured to look into my problem and get back to me instantly, however he never got book to me up till today and now I feel that I am stuck in the middle of no where and don't know what to do! It is a terrible example of customer service, very poor customer service standards and extremely disappointing experience. I have decided to have never booked through AGODA. It is my last request through this channel to Agoda's customer service to sort out my problem as soon as possible.
