Love this site always have great deals no hidden or unauthorized charges like many other sites bookings are always correct and simple to cancel or change my booking! One dislike 24/7 support is mainly just a voicemail service

Have been struggling to find hotels in Paris - there are thousands but many seem, ordinary. The search process has been slow and frustrating, but got onto old mate Agoda's site, and through the clear map found what we want, where we want it, and grabbed it at sensational price. Happy little travelers Agoda!

This site is HORRIBLE. They cancelled our reservation without notice. We spoke to a rep before completing our reservation and he told us everything was fine, no other info was needed and the charge was posted on our card. Then 2 days before our trip we get an email saying our reservation had been cancelled. We called the wedsite, and there was nothing they could do for us.

Easy to book the hotel with good information as well as Agoda call center provide me a very best solution.
