This is the site with one of the widest range of hotels available, and probably also the one with the lowest price among similar sites. And the Agoda points you get from your bookings really add up. Highly recommended if you travel and stay in hotels regularly.
I have made 3 bookings for the same hotel with AGODA Each time, I receive A Booming ID number saying my booking is complete. The form reflects the name of the hotel, room choice and dates booked. However, upon my enquiry, and thank goodness I did enquire, I was advised that thus does not constitute a booking and I must book again. Hence I tried 3 times. The third time I tried, I received another document purporting to be a booking information, but in fact it is, yet again, it appears, a document which AGODA for some reason insist and keep sending out when in fact there is no reservation. Now nite - each time you try and book, you are entering your bank Acc details. I had entered into numerous correspondence with AGODA and tripsdvisor about this, however, they are not able to explain nor rectify this false booking confirmation system, nor are they able to make the booking for me. In fact, after I had lost the 2 bookings I dearly wanted and am devastated to lose due to AGODA's actions, I received an apology for the inconvenience, and a 10% discount offer on my next booking, which I can't use as I keep receiving a Firm which purports to be a BOOKING CONFIRMATION, but in fact isn't. I wonder if anyone has shared a similar experience and or knows just exactly how to make a valid booking on AGODA, but most of all - can someone advise how AGODA gets away with doing what they do.

Been a loyal user since 2011, I almost always use Agoda to book hotels all over the world. Never had a problem with it and I think I could get the best price from it... And I'm so glad that finally I could redeem my points achieved to book valued hotel with such a cheap price after discounted by the rewards I achieved!
