I have never dealt with a company that doesn't answer their phone, tells you to leave a message and doesn't respond. Then in the message they say to email for quicker service to their support email and they don't respond to that either. I left a total of 8 messages w/email and voice, starting 5 minutes after I submitted order. Absolutely NO RESPONSE!
STAY AWAY! They have a weird ordering service; you order something and they give you a better price while you are ordering, but you can't get that better price unless you add more of the same items to your order. I had 2 different items that is ordered two of and they offered me those items for 10 minutes at a much better price but I had to order more of them. It was very weird. So my order would have been $30.00 cheaper if I could have gotten the second price that they offered me. Tries to ask them about that 8 x's and no response. I will never do business with this company again. I'm not sure, but I think they must be an overseas operation.
