The pair of compression socks I ordered finally arrived, but they were damaged/defective... One sock had holes and numerous pulls throughout & lose threads. It was obviously not wearable & should never have been sent.

I ordered a pair of men's compression socks and they were not compression socks - they were regular socks. I have called twice (left a voice message) and emailed 3 times to see what I needed to do to exchange and have had no response.
I never received my order, just as the hundreds of other people who have complained. I emailed them, they refuse to fix this. They promised to either refund or replace, yet they refuse to do so. I will NEVER purchase from them again and I recommend everyone else stay away from them. Look at the 1 star reviews, there is a reason.
I received 4 pairs of thigh high compression stockings in size medium which I ordered in error. I really needed size 2x. I emailed them at least 5 or more times and received each time an automated email saying the same thing referring me to their exchange or return policy which of course was not advertised well on their website. I actually meant to order only 3 but when I received an email saying something about getting another one half off due to my purchase when I clicked to inquire, it automatically ordered it without allowing me to delete it from the order. When I emailed about it, I was told that it could not be removed and I believe I requested that within 24 hours. The automated emails in response to my wanting to exchange these 4 medium pairs states, through the link sent in it, to wait to send back the exchange since they have multiple warehouses and so needs to go to the correct one. So far as of today not one email has been sent to me telling me where to send it. I have sent numerous emails asking where to send it back to and asked, since they say free return/exchanges, will they be sending me a shipping label of some sort or refunding my shipping cost to return. Not one email has been sent back answering any of the questions. I feel stuck with the products which came to over $80.00. I called their phone number from the email stating to contact with return/exchange issues and only received an automated message turning it to voicemail. I have let probably 4 to 5 voicemails with no return call so far. I'm disgusted. At this point, I want a full refund with free shipping immediately not to mention the 2x leggings for the inconvenience I've been caused. I ended up purchasing 2 more pairs in size 2x shortly after I realized I ordered the wrong size and will not be purchasing anything more from their company. It is unfortunate. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau most likely. I didn't want to give any stars but gave the one since it didn't allow me to proceed with this review until I at least gave a star. Maybe that's to ensure it looks like I gave a low rating and didn't just skip the stars portion.
I order two pairs free toes, they sent me wrong one. I do not have custome service to return them.

This is the product I'd been told, replaced the previous knee socks I HAD. Previous ones were VERY COMFORTABLE. They were like old fashioned (looked like knit) knee socks to wear with skirts or pants. Didnt LOOK like support hosery. But still had the mild support. These were NOTHING like that. Not comfortable. Looked horrible. Slimy feeling instead of the cotton type feel I'd had on revious ones.
Too bad the ratings start with 1 star - I would rate it zero if I could! I agree with so many of the other complaints. Should have tried to see reviews before buying. No responses to emails or phone calls. I was lucky I guess in that my order was actually sent. But the patterned socks are much smaller than the solid coloured ones. And once they have your money there is no communication at all from them. Can't believe the State of Arizona can allow this to continue. These people are outright thieves.
Wished I had checked reviews before ordering. I do not how a company can continue business without any morals. I paid for 2 items, compression hose, and laundry bag. Latter was never included in the packaging despite the statement on the packaging. Human error, stolen, or downright scamming. There is no one to answer a telephone, why they even offer their number is a mystery to me. Emails, to no avail as there is clearly no customer service, only automatic responses and requests for reviews, all appear disconnected from each other. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Ordered 5 pr beige they sent brown. Useless. Contacted them for an exchange, they never responded. I will never buy from them again. You shouldn't either.
This company is garbage. If you don't believe me, look at their Facebook page. Everyone on there has been scammed by this company. I wish I could leave zero stars
I ordered back the end of December and despite multiple phone calls and emails I don't have my order. No one has even reached out to me. I've ordered from them in the past with no issue, but lack of response is horrible business. I will NEVER order from them again.
Purchased items NOVEMBER 26th 2021. Still haven't received it. Tracking says will be delivered by a certain date, when that date reached, its returned to sender. This happened twice. And they won't give a refund. Emails them numerous times and get the same generic answers. 0 rating for them. Taking hard working people money, shame on them. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered compression socks 16 days ago. Site says shipping label created. USPS says it has never received the package. Customer Service says it shipped and USPS will send a arrival date soon. 5 times I have written to customer service, one response back saying it shipped and USPS will let me know. Company has TERRIBLE reviews all over the internet and all say the same thing. You will pay & not receive your merchandise. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! UPDATE! December 28 - EIGHTEEN days after being told 2 times (by customer service) it had been shipped, after 5 e-mails to customer service (3 of which were unanswered). NOTHING! BUT! After leaving reviews all over the internet including with their own company website WOW! A miracle. I received notice from the Post Office in Arizona that the item has just shipped! THIS COMPANY IS CRAP!
The toeless socks fall apart quick. Junk! There website has possible fake reviews because if you leave a bad review they pend it and choose the ones that satisfy them!
I ordered a pair of compression socks and the size changed to the wrong size when hitting back page and didn't realize it. I emailed within minutes to fix the size with no reply. After it shipped then they reply with its to late. And the package was still not picked up by postal office. 5 emails trying to fix it before it shipped.

I wished I had looked up the reviews before I placed an order. I still have not received my shipment. I was told that there was a mixup in the warehouse and that my order would be shipped immediately. Well I am still waiting. I tried calling but no one answers, it goes to voicemail. I emailed them back and no response. I told them I want a refund since they have not communicated with me. Horrible customer service, horrible shipping practices, and from what I read, horrible socks.
We placed our order two months ago. We never received the compression socks despite leaving several messages with customer service. We did however receive the cheap and uselesd arch supports. They slidearound when you put your foot in your shou. Affordable junk is still junk.
The product is good quality. I like their hose the best of any I have tried But their customer service is the worst of any I have ever seen on the interwebs, and I kid you not. The first problem I had, the Post Office lost the parcel. For three weeks this company did absolutely nothing. I then disputed the charge with PayPal and got my money back.
I sincerely tried to find another source for stockings I liked but I have been unsuccessful so I placed another order with them. Admittedly I screwed this order up myself and ordered the wrong size by mistake. They don't do refunds - only exchanges. Their website says 1 to 3 business days once you contact them for an exchange. It's been nine days and I've heard nothing. My wife called them three days ago but no one answers and you can't leave a message.
This is a horrible company with decent product. You've been warned.
