Big mistake placing an order within company. One excuse after another and they never return your phone calls. Their BBB rating in Arizona is poor at best……Products when receives after months of waiting has aways missed sizes and I'll fitting. Buyer beware.

I bought a set of black large extra large Sox and was shipped small medium Sox. They will not respond or refund. I will have to dispute through my CC company. Never again.
You might stand a better chance of getting the right size socks than you will any of their braces. Their MO is sending out the wrong sizes, promising to send you the right size without having to return the original, and then not sending you the replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'll admit that the braces are nice and are relatively inexpensive and functional compared to other sites, but NONE OF IT'S WORTH IT IF YOU CAN'T GET THE RIGHT SIZE. They NEVER answer their phone. They NEVER return phone calls. I wish I had read the reviews about them sending out the wrong sizes prior to ordering from them because apparently. That's their MO and then you can't seem to get the replacement size you need. I don't know how they're still in business. Have a look at the 84 complaints at the BBB site (mine will make 85)
I measured and ordered socks in May. They didn't fit. Tried to call, no one answers. Wrote email, got automated message,... I can exchange, no refund. I tried exchange, they don't fit either. It takes forever to keep getting the same automated message with no response or person to talk to. But they got their money! Stay clear of this company, don't waste your money.
I always try to support small businesses even though I can easily order from Amazon. I placed an order in May, and I never received the item. I submitted a support ticket and never received a reply. Do not order from this company. Look at the reviews on this website. I own multiple businesses, both online and off. If you are not going to run a business properly, you don't need to own one. Eliminate your shady practice and honor your customers, who are the ones who keep you in business! No customers, no business!
These people claim to be military. If so I'd like to know which side. Their site says 2-5 days. It took a month to get 2 items. I think they only make them as they are ordered. Read the other reviews on this site and others. I made the mistake of not reading them. Stay away. Run away. Buy elsewhere. They do not return emails or phone calls. I'm a business man of over 45 years. If I ever treated my customers like this I would have been out of business. I tried to upload proof of purchase but this website has a limit on the size of the picture.

I ordered two sets of knee braces. They did not fit. So, I was told they do not carry the size that I need so I would get a refund. So I sent back my braces, they sent it back, so I sent it again. I emailed all my info. Now they stated that they refunded me back in March. No refund any where. Disgusting!
I placed my order in December 2020. Recieved the goods quickly. However I needed to make a size exchange. Sent 2 pairs back in January. I'm still waiting for the replacements in April 2021. After emailing their support web site and calling. Very frustrating!

This is my second review because I want others to know what you have to do to get action from ACS. I wrote both to the AZ Attorney General's office and to the BBB. Both places contacted the company, but got no response. However, because of that pressure, I finally got my exchange item sent to me this past week after four months, over 20 plus e-mails (answered by computer-generated ones), and numerous unanswered phone messages left on their phone. They do not give refunds, ask for the returned product back in new condition, and never send an exchange item. You draw your own conclusion as to how they are making money. Do not buy from this company!
I ordered some socks and the size did not correspond with their sizing chart. So I returned them and ordered another in a different size and color. Again, the wrong color arrived after waiting a month. They are the worse and most stupid people to deal with. Don't waste your time!

I got the socks with no return information and have called the company and the recording says you have to email them. I've emailed them 4 times and got NO response. There is NO support for my plantar fasciitis. The socks are thin and do absolutely nothing to support my feet.
They don't REFUND and I think they steal your MONEY as well, am still waiting for my exchange or REFUND!

My order placed on Sep 8th and then says on the way on Sep 9th. For two weeks, the USPS tracking still in Arizona (package even not in USPS facility). Today, Sep 29th, the company asks me for a review. What a company!

I ordered a compression body shaper to help with my workout, the item I received was nothing more than a t-shirt. When I contacted the company to get it corrected all I could get was the automated email. No one at this company was willing to correct it, so I requested a refund and they again sent an automated reply stating there would be no refund but a second-order could be placed. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund from them. I would NOT recommend anyone to purchase from this company. They are not customer oriented they simply wanna scam money from people.
Well I'm about to start my 3rd week waiting on my order, everything else I have ordered showed up at least by last week except these, I won't be doing anymore buisness with these people, sent an e-mail and received no reply, maybe they will show up maybe they won't, it's a high risk company, good luck!
