The product is fine. The service is awful. After ignoring me for weeks, I kept trying to return unopened plastic wrapped socks, only to be told that it was a final sale. No mention was made of that when I placed my order. I surely won't ever recommend this company..
Purchased socks took over two weeks to deliver. When tried to cancel order received socks a week later. Cannot cancel. Customer Service of absolutely no help. Can't phone to talk with anyone because no one answers. Ordered from different company and was wearing compression socks before Affordable Socks were even delivered. Quality was not worth the price got three pairs for price of one with better quality and pattern. Avoid this company.
Have been trying to get a text saying what my item tracking number is, 2 emails saying check tracking but have never recieved a tracking number. Emails take 1 or 2 days to respond. Purchased many items from them but now seems like the consumer is just an irritation to them. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! They are the epidomy of what stinks in the cyber world.
I purchased UV sleeve covers from this company. They sent me the wrong item. Contacted 3 times via email. Only get an automated email message saying that if I want to change my mind about a product I have to mail it back to them for an exchange. I'm not changing my mind about a product, they sent me the wrong item and have not responded to fixing this. It's just the same automated message over and over. Why should I have to pay to mail back an incorrect item? Left voicemail messages too. No response. I plan to file a claim with my credit card company. Do NOT purchase from them. Very bad customer service!

This company is a scam, I placed a order on a Friday. Monday my account was charged, I tried to cancel my order by email and phone on Tuesday prior to receiving a notification from this company sending out my order to no avail. Three days later this company sent a message stating the order was sent out. They had ample amount of time to cancel my order but because they are money hungry they will take your money immediately. Customer service is horrible, they claimed they send my order out immediately, therefore they don't offer cancellation. It's been a over a week since I've requested a refund and I have not receive my order. Don't place a order with any company unless they offer cancellation and refunds. Clearly this company lied, they just want your money.
I purchased compression socks from this company online utilizing PayPal. I waited and waited and waited for my order. After repeated attempts to contact both via email ( ignored) and phone(never answered) I contacted PayPal. They ignored PayPal for awhile however PayPal was insistent. After I escalated this they sent me my package. I opened one pair and the socks were two DIFFERENT LENGTHS. I sent the package back at my own cost (certified) and they refuse to refund my money. Since forcing me to escalate to a claim with PayPal just to get my product I am now "screwed". PayPal will not re-open the claim and this disreputable company gets away with my $51.92. Well am NOT done. I am contacting the MO Attorney General's office and if they expect to continue to do business in this state I suggest they change their ways. They have over 53 complaints JUST with the Scottsdale AZ BBB for this exact scam. Be careful!
I ordered zipper compression socks from this company and the person wearing them could not use the zipper so the company was contacted within 2 days of receiving the socks. I have contacted them several times since by phone and email without any response. Don't buy from this company unless your purchase is absolutely correct. Very disappointed.
DON'T ORDER FROM AFFORDABLE COMPRESSION SOCKS! Youve been warned. These are the $#*!tiest crappiest smallest thinist poorly made absolute crap sock products you would NOT PAY 2 dollars each for these socks. The company dies nit answer phone email or chat. DONT DO IT! STAY AWAY!
I have had an experience very similar to what other reviewers have described. I will never buy from this company again, and I would advise others to buy elsewhere, even if you have to pay more. My experience consisted of the following:
1) Long wait for order. At first, I wasn't sure if this was the company because tracking history showed package "awaiting acceptance" in Phoenix AZ for 4 weeks. Thought this was a USPS problem, but now I wonder after seeing other reviews.
2) Stocking sizes run very, very small and are not true to size charts indicated online. I measured carefully and ordered the 3XL, but couldn't get the stocking past my foot.
3) Although clearly described in the "Returns and Exchanges" link on their website, I didn't read it until I had a problem with my order. Yep, they don't do refunds, only exchanges. They say this is due to strict sanitary standards, but I know of other online sellers who will accept returned stockings. And an exchange will not do me any good. I bought the largest size they carry, which is too small, so I won't be getting a refund. Thing is, I ordered three pairs of stockings. Opened one of the packages to try on the stockings. The other two packages have not been opened. These are just as "sanitary" as they were leaving the company. You would think I could get a refund for those two. But...
4) This company is very unresponsive to emails. I haven't tried calling, but that doesn't sound like I will get any results either, given the other reviews seen here.
This is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with as it pertains to online purchases. I ordered something weeks ago and not only have I still not received it, I can't get a call back or a real email in return.
The worst part is they claim to not give refunds.
I ordered a pair of compression socks to help with a long term edema/arthritis (service connected injury) problem. The pair I received were not what I thought I had ordered. I quickly emailed for a correction which I knew might cost more. No response just told if I had any questions to use support email - which I have done for weeks now with no response. I wish I had checked them out first - Ripoff
There is a 30 day time period in which you can make a return. Caveat: before you make a return you must get the correct return address and another piece of information from this company. Good luck trying to communicate with their "mighty team". Their phone lines are always down and they do not respond to emails in a timely manner, if at all. No refunds are allowed so you are pretty much stuck with the product you ordered. I was not happy with the quality of the socks I received. One was already unraveling in the plastic bag!. Someone please shut this company down and do the online shoppers a favor.
Make sure your purchase is correct. They don't offer returns and shipping the product back is as costly as buying new in most cases. I ordered the biggest size they have and it is not big enough-in other words they have nothing to fit me but wont give me my money back. But compression socks locally where you can try them on or be measured by someone who knows a thing or two!
Bought 2 of these chin straps due to 15% off and 5-star onsite reviews. Product is a cheap contraption that does not work at all. And they do not issue refunds. Now sounds like a scam to me. Wish I had seen this site before I purchased from them. I also left a 1-star review simply saying this product did not work for me and it has never appeared on the site. Only 5-star reviews.
ACSocks DON'T deserve a star. From my expierence, I believe they are a SCAMMER. 10-19-19, I placed 2 orders #******* ($39.99) and #******* ($18.99). Cust. Info says: USPS First Class (2-5 days). 10-21-19, Payments were withdrawn from my bank account. 10-25-19, Received an email: Your order is confirmed with tracking number. 10-26-19, Status: The shipping label has been created and the USPS is awaiting the item. What does that mean? 11-8-19, I receive (2) emails asking me for feedback on the products. I can't give feedback when I STILL HAVE NOT received my (2) orders. 11-12-19, I went in person to USPS with tracking #'s to investigate. Clerk looked the # up in their system; they are still waiting on the merchandise. I reported ACSocks to my bank. My bank fought for me & contacted STRIKE.COM. FINALLY, after 5 weeks waiting, on 11-23-19 I received the (2) orders. The material is shabby; not worth the cost. PLEASE DON NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Affordable Compression Socks. Save yourself the aggravation.
They do give give refunds for ANY reason. Customer service is non existent. Phone is always busy. Emails do not get answered either. I wish I would have checked on this company first before I purchased anything from them. Rated an "F" by the Better Business Bureau.
I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SOCKS AND THE USPS HAS NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM THEM. IT SAYS SHIPPING 2-5 DAYS. I ORDERED MINE ON OCT 8,2019 AND I AM WRITING THIS ON OCT 18TH. TRIED TO CALL THEIR CONTACT NUMBER AND NO ONE ANSWERS. AFTER SO MANY RINGS IT AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP ON YOU! CAN'T GET AN EMAIL TO GO THROUGH EITHER. NO RESPONSE ON MESSENGER EITHER! SPENT AN HOUR ON HOLD WITH USPS AND THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE PACKAGE FROM AFFORDABLE COMPRESSION SOCKS. THEY ACTUALLY DESERVE A NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW! SO I AM OUT $33.00. I AM DISABLED AND THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME!
I placed an order with this company and they sent me the wrong order. I paid shipping charges to receive the wrong order and I paid shipping charges to return the wrong order. I told them they sent the wrong thing and they asked me to send a picture which I did. I also sent them the tracking number of my return. They have their merchandise back and I am out $41.00. When I was ordering they were very attentive; now they won't answer my e-mails, text messages or Im's. I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau which services the Phoenix area and also my credit card company. This business is not Legit; BUYER BEWARE
