My first time ordering from this company online. The range of compression socks featured many styles. Now I see very poor ratings for this company as far as fulfilling orders. I'm not hoping for much since I get no response from my emails.

Never purchase from this company. I received the zipper compression stockings, never removed from inner packaging but needed to exchange. I could see they'd never fit me even though I measured. Contacted them 4 times by email and never even a go jump on the lake response from them. Put them out of business.

After multiple complaint attempts by email, and a BBB complaints, I still have no answer and no product. They can't be bothered and are THIEVES. Buyer Beware I purchased in Jan/24 and still haven't received the socks, April/2024. Ridiculous.

I received my order Nov 24 and was sent wrong size I have sent 5 emails and they have been returned undeliverable and I called once no response. I want a refund or the correct size.

Placed an order on 9/15. Socks never arrived. Tried to email support but bounced. Phone # says to email. If I could rate lower I would.

I tried, very hard to contact the company, even send my return with my own money, guess? It came back to me as an Unknown not able to deliver, this is the address from the Website?
What company is this, and how we can stop such nonsense? Don't purchases from or with this

I'm elderly and probably a lot of there customers are. I ordered 4 pairs of 3x socks and when I opened one of the packs there was.no way they would fit. ( TO SMALL). They exchange which is swell, but they have nothing larger. They wouldn't take the socks back and there new in the package. What a business. Selling products that you can't return. I'm on a fixed income. I need the socks for health reasons. I emailed 5 times and left 3 messages. NO REPLY. THEY DON'T CARE. SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 1 pair of compression socks to see how I would like them before ordering more. As I was checking out I was getting pop up ads from the company with discounts which was really annoying so I caved and bought 2 more pair again, as I was checking out with even more ad pop ups after the purchase I noticed one of the socks was the wrong size so I sent an email (btw thats the only way of communication) to change the size and a few days later got the response and all was good, right? Wrong! They sent me 2 pair and charged me for 3. This was back in November17th and they keep sending me the same response to rectify the issue and nothing has been done. Honestly, there are way better and reputable Compression sock companies out there with great customer service. This Company is a joke and there socks suck once you wash them they cut into you at the knee.I've had way better and I'll stick with those companies. Good luck trying to get your money back if you have issues with these people.

These are the worded compression socks I've ever had. Non of them have compression in the ankle and they are like compression socks that didn't pass inspection so their selling them on this site.

On November 28, I ordered 2 pair of Affordable socks #*******. We had just moved and the credit card I used was not applicable( N/A) as was the address stated on the order. When I hit review order it immediately was confirmed. I did not realize this until after I concluded my purchase. I immediately contacted customer service and asked to cancel the order and I would reorder on a different card. They told me the order could not be cancelled and was being shipped.
Because of this I incurred an overdraft charge and the socks went to our previous address. I communicated 3 times to no avail. So now I am without the socks and an overdraft charge. I will never do business with this company again. Be aware and cautious when ordering from Affordable Compression Socks!

The price on the compression socks are cheap, but customer service is terrible! I ordered thigh highs in beige. Black were delivered 24 days later! Seriously, this is shipping from Arizona to Nevada. I was informed that exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the order date. I have been trying to contact them for a week. They have no manned phone number. It tells you simply to email. Well, I emailed within the 30 days. No reply. So, now 2 days over my order date, and I get stuck with their error in sending me the wrong product.
DO NOT GET FOOLED into buying from them! Buyer beware!

I ordered arm sleeves from this company 2 months ago and never received them, but they sure did run my credit card for the money. It is a shame they have not been shut down after reading all these horrible reviews. I wish I had seen them before I ordered. They take your money and never send the product. With money being so tight these days it is a shame they are getting away with this. Will never order from them again, I work too hard for my money.

I purchased a pair of compression socks, the smallest size. They were huge. I should have looked at their return policy, exchanges only. It's been a month, and after numerous emails, I've given up. A waste of $23.00.

I would give this a zero star rating, but had to choose 1-5. The beginning of August I ordered 3 pair of compression sleeves and still have not received them as of September 21st. I've tried emailing the company twice, but haven't received a response other than they are reviewing my case and will get back with me in 1-3 business days. That hasn't happened! I tried calling them today and got a message that they weren't able to take my call! I believe they are a fraudulent company that steals peoples money. I've tried getting my money back through PayPal, but haven't been successful as of yet.

Ordered 2 products and when I got my order only one of the products was in the package. Contacted customer service only to be told my package had been delivered. Contacted again telling them again that only one of my items was in the package and would like them to either send the other item or refund my money for that item and have heard nothing. Never wasting my money at this company again!
