Excellent range. Shipping cost is a deterrent to small orders and a more economical shipping method would be great. Where delivery time is not critical, possibly items could be sent surface mail or similar.

The product I ordered and received was exactly as it was described and as it looked on the website and arrived right on time.

Found what i needed fast and got it ordered very easy.

The Visa Verify pop-up window has bugs. Had to re-do order.
Product (two Ultra-Breeze roof vent covers) arrived in substandard packaging. One of the vent covers was scratched up, and not in "new" condition.

Very happy with this AC, looks are top notch, love the remote control feature. Had professionals install, but it looked simple enough. Very happy with the cooling, and airflow. We will purchase this same unit if our second unit goes out.

After I started to change out the old toilet I found a piece of plastic broke and made a repair with J B WELD.

It seems to fixed, but I'm planning to keep the new toilet for backup in case it doesn't hold.

The price was very fair and someone will be needing it.

I received the order in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

When thing are sent by Fedex they always deliver after 5pm when it is time to go home. As a buiness it would be good customer relation to get the parts earlier so the job can get done instaed of having to put it off till the next day
