I really like that you can calculate shipping without filling out information.
I did not see shipping insurance was added until after the sale. I was never asked if I wanted it.

I was in a fix, its winter here in Idaho and with no heat,couldn't get a repair man to come look at my furnace so I ordered a new one, the only thing was it Christmas time and was in hopes to receve it as soon as possible I payed for a 2 day delivery, should have just saved my money and went with the usual ground delivery. I think that I would have gotten it about the same time 4 days later.
