Good, I received a wrong product in my order, but because the customer service system worked so well for the return, I was extremely pleased. But the mistake was flagrant and delayed one part of my order by a week.

It was very easy to shop on this site. They shipped my order quickly and it arrived on the day that was estimated. I had some questions regarding the product that I ordered and they were answered quickly with informative answers.

Have Bought from Adventure before and had excellent customer service,so will continue my business with them.

Order arrived intact and complete and in a very timely manner. Also, great price for product ordered.

While Adventure RV has excellent prices and service, they're packing is substandard. They do not double box packages. Instead the product is shipped in the original manufacturers packaging or a bubble pack envelope leaving the product susceptible to shipping damage.

Rating is of coarse subject to receipt of product and how problems are handled if any. All the parts I ordered were correct and I did not have to contact customer service. Overall I would give my experience a 4.5 rating.

Always a pleasure to use this web site - no problems finding what I need - shipping is quick and prices are always reasonable.

It took 4 day to get to me when i paid extra for exspress shipping- FedUp with Fed Ex and the shipping process, it cost me extra for the labor because of missing the deadline I needed it by.
The product is as advertised and works well.

I had never ordered from this site before, but after finding their price for what I wanted was significantly less than the trailer parts site I have been frequenting, I chose to give it a shot. I am pleased with the price, the shipping cost, and fast delivery. I have placed a new order with adventureRV since for other items, which I also found to be competitively priced.

So far my experience has been excellent. Your prices are reasonable and the items were easy to locate. I received the items well within the promised time. The items arrived in excellent condition. I have not installed the items but anticipate that all will perform as anticipated.

You had exactly what I needed at a fair price. I received it but didn't get any kind of sink drain to match the faucet. I wish it would have been stated in the description of the faucet. And why don't you carry it in your store? I had to email the faucet maker Phoenix to find out if they sell the drain assembly and luckily they do so I'll order it from them.

I had not heard of your company before attending the Colorado RV show in Denver on January 10. Your prices are good compared to what I have seen at other RV stores. Service was as promised. I have bookmarked their site and will always check it out when getting ready to make a purchase. I will shop here again

They had a pretty obscure item I had problems finding any place else. I thought it was reasonably priced.
