Nice website. Easy to navigate. Good prices. Shipping was a little slow, but we didn't have a trip planned so it didn't hurt to wait.
I do wish there was a little more product detail/description. I wish the vent cover would have been made in the US or the option would have been available to purchase an actual Ventline cover. Maybe it was there and I didn't see it.
Great prices and fast delivery, will look here in the future for RV needs.

The confussion that occured resulting in the order i really needed being canceled.
I've bought from you in the past and was very happy. I wish this time you could have answered my question about it matching with my current toilet.
Unable to talk to a live person. Unable to verify where the product would ship from, so I could determine shipping time, as I have a time commitment to have unit installed. I hope it gets here in a reasonable time. (added 9-15-2014)The unit arrived damaged and I am having trouble getting the damaged unit replaced. The unit's base is damaged along with some of the metal that surrounds the back fan. When the motor shaft is turned, the rear fan rubs against some metal the was deformed during shipment. A plastic bracket that is used to secure the Air Conditioner to the wooden pallet broke, allowing the Air Conditioner to bounce around during shipment. The base of the unit is warped along with some of the metal inside the unit. NOTE: The unit did arrive in a timely manor so the first concern was null and void. Someone at the company looked at some pictures I sent and assumed that the damage was just cosmetic. I still have not talked live to a person, so this problem just seems to drag on and on with nothing but e-mails as a means of communication.
I did not get a satisfactory answer to an inquiry on the product. After three tries I gave up. I did not agree with the shipping insurance, but there is no option to decline.
Would apppreciate a delivery day estimate. I guess
I will have to wait and see.
