Would like to see more technical information provided sich as dimensions. I ordered a White AC shroud. I received an Almond shroud. Worked out ok though. It fit fine, easy to install, and I can't see it up on the roof anyway! Thanks for the prompt delivery!

Ordered a wall thermostat for my camper. Found out I did not need it. Tried to cancel order but learned I was too late to cancel. Received item in mail a day or so later. Did not open package. Filled out a support ticket to return thermostat. Received email back saying I could not return this item. I had not experienced that before from any other website that I order from so it shocked me. Also I think the 15%, 20%, and 25% restocking fee for a returned item is really unusual. I have not experienced that with other websites. Needless to say I will not be ordering any more items from this company.
You always have what I need when something goes. I have a 2001 5th wheel so things are starting to go. I have lived in it since 2007.
Good value, good descriptions, & easy to use web site
Furnace is now installed and running. Suburban RV furnaces could be packed better. Had many distortions in the sheet metal.
Order was placed and response was instant with shipping info. Order was shipped quickly amd was received 2 days after ordering.
