There was a question asked on the front end of the support team and the team could not tell me of any difference between two products with the same description but different price. After the order was received, I wrote back to notify of the difference and how to make this purchase easier for the next client and did not receive a concerned reply. How does one improve without addressing the issue?
I found the website a little cumbersome to navigate and not pleased about paying for shipping insurance in addition to the shipping cost.
Got here sooner than expected.

I am extremely disappointed with customer service and how they handled my replies. First of all emailing is very impersonal and customer service refused to let me talk to a manager. I was misled by the picture advertised on the website as that was how I identified the part that I needed. Their response is that the pictures are generic. To make a long story short the part was not the correct part. That is false advertising most people will use the description and picture to ID a part on a website. I ordered 2 of the same part and they refused pay for the shipping and handling on the return to the company. If a company advertises something and they send the wrong part they should make good on the return shipping-that would be good customer service. I will never buy a part nor will recommend this website to other campers.
