Adventure RV had the best price on the web and a better price in any local store. I paid extra for quicker processing and my A/C unit arrived 2 days sooner then expected. I would definitely buy from them again. They are very knowledgeable about their products. An all around great buying experience.

On the web site the description of the rocking chair states the material is BLUE, but what comes up when I placed the order is TAN? I would like the BLUE MATERIAL as stated in the description of the product. Doug deSilvey
First, you should have a person manning the phone. Second, you actually had the item, but your search area showed you not to have my model. Third, I should NOT have to check with the manufacturer to locate the part number. But, after I gave your online consultant the number. WOW! You actually had the part. Hopefully it will be here in the three days that I paid for, but after reading your shipping instructions, I doubt it.
I apologize for doubting your shipping as I DID receive my order in 3 days. However, one the bolts that were spot welded to the tank to secure the box which housed the switch and thermostat, had broken loose. I needed to get the tank installed and secured this box with large zip-ties. You might have quality control people look for loose welds in the future, but this really is an issue for the manufacturer.

I expected the part to match the picture on the web site. I specifically purchased from you instead of locally because the picture was the old style bracket that I really wanted. Please update the picture to match the new style bracket. While the part will work, it is not what I ordered. Thank you.
