Had a little bit of a hard time getting the information I needed to make a decision but once I figured it out it was ok. Found a site that did in fact answer my question about the application of the unit I wanted to buy, using info your guys asked me for so you helped in a round about way, thanks ok got it and it's in fed ex is incompetent but hey that's not your fault small issue AC cowling is touching blower making noise hindering operation think I have fixed will let you know if it doesn't work feel free to call and ask for specifics. *******829

The only issue I had was my package was delivered to my neighbor's home by FedEx, even though the package had my correct address. I was not happy about that.

The web site was easy to navigate and easy to find the item we were looking for. We received our shipment days before the estimated delivery date. We took the items out of the boxes and looked at them and they look good so far but have not had time to install them yet or use them so we can't comment on the quality of the product yet. We hope they work well.
