Wow, I thought Amazon was great...they do not compete with your price on this unit and the service on the first one we bought two weeks ago was fantastic. 1 business day - ordered on Friday received on Monday...who can beat that? You folks are the best in the RV business, that is for sure!

Your website is hard to navigate. If you do NOT put spaces in a credit card number, your site should state so. Took us 15 minutes and entering the CC number 5 times.Finally received the fan 17 days after we ordered and it was an "open box-returned" item, not new which was never stated. Sorry, won't be ordering in the future.
