Ordering the items was extremely easy. Do to an error on my behalf I needed to return one of the items and reorder. The great deal of problems I had in returning that item was just unbelievable I had tried to create a ticket four times. I never received a ticket number and each time I returned the first thing I was ask is what is my ticket number. Not having one created problems. When I went on the chat line I was asked the same question what is your ticket number. I was unable to call on the telephone and talk to any one regarding this problem. I had already reordered the replacement part I needed. If I had tried to replace the item after I had tried to return the first order I would have found another outlet for the replacement. My wife was finally able to get an RMA today Tuesday the 14 after trying since Friday.

Checkout is cumbersome at best. After numerous attempts I was able to get freight added to order. Even then there were glitches. It supposed to be easy!

I tried an online chat with your team and they wanted to know the part number and the only number I could fine I gave them and they said the number was meaningless, good bye.

Website not that user friendly when using an iPad. Image quality for products is very poor. These need to be crystal clear when one can't touch the product.
