Was expecting the product to arrive later then it did. Placed the order on Wednesday nite... And the estimate shipping time was 10-14 days. I was packing to leave for camping and wife brought out the shipped package to the camper Friday afternoon... Just less then 2 days! Wonderful! Using the product right now while camping!

I had a question concerning the product and contacted the company but was directed to the manufacturer. Though this helps answer my questions, the method of redirecting me to the manufacturer seemed a little abrupt, almost distant like I was being a bother. Additional courtesy within the email such as "Please try contacting the manufacturer at xxxx website. Thank you and let us know if they are unable to answer your query." would go a long way to impress the customer. I am happy with the product though.

Item came just as described and arrived very quickly. Even thought I opted for 5-11 day delivery as I was not needing the item immediately and couldn't justify the extra postage for it. I was however pleasantly surprised when it arrived within 3 days of my order being placed and paid for. Purchase and check out process was very easy.
I have received everything expected and installed the unit. Unfortunately it is not working properly so I need customer support to help me determine the issue.

The hot water tank was damage in side the box. The out of box was not damaged. It was shipped that way.
