Need to show better information on the left hand and right hand of this product. It is unclear so I have to guess and hope it is correct.
Online parts easy to find/great service/speedy delivery
My new equalizer hitch arrived fast and was priced great. I am miffed that I ordered extra L pins and clips for the hitch but the order showed up with just the extra L pins with no clips. The catalog description said pins and clips but the picture showed only the L pin. Based on picture,customer service rejected my request for the clips even though they admitted the description was wrong and misleading. Don't try to call them because they will only communicate by email or chat and when I tried to use the chat feature, they said they could not help me!
