Site was easy to navigate. Order was easy to place and had confirmation very quickly. Tracking was furnished and shipping was very quick. A/C was in new condition and is now a blessed relief in the hot summer temps here in Oklahoma. Price was the best on the internet from a reputable company. Very pleased and will put the site on my favorites for shopping for my RV needs in the future.

OK, but I emailed question yesterday morning & no answer so far. Today, at 11 am your time, I called to ask question before ordering but your lines not open your recording says & invites me to send email. Is this just an on-line company & why isn't phone line available?

First, I saved money going to your site, which I appreciate. The web site said, I believe, 5-11 days for delivery. I don't believe it was anywhere near that long. When I need items for my RV I will definitely be shopping your website first. Thank you.
