Before placing my order, when estimating shipping you said 11 dollars and change. When I placed my order it became $14.77 dollars. Thus you get two stars with that type of deception.
Other than that very unpleasant bait and switch, my experience was positive. It arrived in a timely manner.

We ended up with 8 more channels than we had before and easy to change out to the new one.

I am not happy with the shipping costing almost as much as the item being purchased. And why is there an added cost for a 'Shipping Insurance'?

I appreciate that the product arrived in a very timely manner and was exactly as described.

Painless...and quick! Whats not to like?

So far so good...but not enough info and pictures on products to be purchased...received promptly, very happy overall. However shipping must have been brutal, boxes are in extremely rough shape. I have not installed to ensure everthing is o.k. And working properly.
