Not sure about the insurance as I have never seen this before but I did get it since I had a lot of trouble with getting my last purchase. Your timeline for shipping and tracking is the worst of any company I order from. I have ordered twice from you the first I paid for next day delivery and after many phone calls I got it a week later. I have given you another chance and it's like everything gets forgotten after it is ordered.

I received my order within 3 days, also received my e-mail the same night I placed my order. It gave me the status of my order including a tracking # to let me check where my order was. I found the price to be a fair one. If I ever need anythjng else I will price it here first.
Even with shipping I paid less at AdventureRV.net than sellers on Ebay with free shipping. Ask specific questions. The product description page is not always right.
