Excellent selection and good pricing. Was easy to find what I wanted without a lot of chasing things around the web site. Just wish there was a store front option close to me to be able to save on shipping, especially if I need something quickly.

Shipping cost calculated at $5.51. When I checked out it was $8 and some change. If tax was the reason for the increase, then it should of itemized it as so. I'm in business and I have already giving my estimate to the customer which was calculated by your system when yours cost for the part has increased at check out. Therefore, I lost an additional $3.50. Not a big deal, but problem should be fixed. Thank you, Frosty Air Inc.

I was going to order $2200 worth of merchandise but needed to use two separate cards. Had to use "chat", your system doesn't allow for a live person to speak with.
REFUSAL to allow the "split" - could only offer two separate transactions. I didn't want two separate transactions; shipping costs increased.
I ordered over $1000 of merchandise elsewhere as a result.

I have ordered from this company on several occasions. The orders are complete and correct and I received them in a timely fashion.
I would like it better if you had a "wishlist" function on account so I can get a few things at a time as I can afford to order. It saves me from having to look up items again...
Note on recieving order that the box was partially ripped open in transit - it was not reboxed (a la AMAZON) nor was it retaped. All looks fine inside - just wanted you to be aware. Thank you!
