I have never used your website before and needed a new converter for our camper. I googled the converter we needed and your website came up. After reviewing the specs on the converter you had to offer. I felt it was the one we needed and ordered it. Ordering was easy and delivery was timely. While waiting for our package an email was sent out with tracking information and got here prior to the estimated arrival date. I would say that was pretty awesome. Now we can get back to what we like to do best...CAMP. Happy Camping Ya'll!
I only have one question. The box says to screw through the hinges. How and where? It is for the stove top cover.

Better product description would have been beneficial, as well as an indication of shipping price while looking at costs. Would also be beneficial to know if there is free shipping if purchase is above XX$.

The original staples used to secure the box top flaps have been opened and clear tape applied over the joint where the flaps meet. I have not opened the box yet, so I am not sure what might be inside. I will get it opened perhaps tonight. I have had great results the other times that I have bought here and maybe this will be the same.

So far, so good... and then it was four days to get from warehouse to Fedex,,,, and then two days to get from Tenn. To Fla. Delivery. Not unreasonable for a base shipping rate of over 100 lbs and three pieces.
