Getting ready for new mexico and found that the 6 gal atwood wh did not work. So we got online and decided to go tankless and adventurer had the unit in stock. To place this order was quick and easy! The install wasn't hard once the old unit was off and on the ground and the new one up. The indicator tabs were a great help to tighten down the top unit to the proper torque.

We found a part that was hard to find to repair a camper that would be otherwise not repairable.

Your online chat does a very poor job at sales. If I want to buy an item, I'd like to have information from the seller, not the seller redirecting me to the manufacturer; defeats the purpose of the middleperson like you!
