The only problem we encountered was trying to set up a new account. When we tried to sign in with the e-mail we had entered it said "not found" so I went in as a new customer and entered the email and it said "this e-mail is already in use"!? (So I had to use an old e-mail that we no longer use to make it work.)

Nice, user friendly site. And your prices on the item I ordered were very reasonable. USPS beat the snot out of the package, but it was packaged well so no damage to the items. The product was well made and will last the life of our camper.
Best price I could find. First time buyer but hope to be back for similar savings. Hope delivery time is not too long a wait and I will update my experience after part arrives.
UPDATE: Delivery was faster than I expected and the packaging was very sturdy although there was a hole in one end of the shipping box but that was probably due to those transporting it.

Purchased for 2016 Sunseeker w/ Dometic awning. Dometic roller measures 15'-2" in length with roll-up awning measuring 14'-8"
15'x8' Care Free- SunBlocker Ez Zipblocker measures almost 15' exactly. Works works just fine and seems like a durable product that will last.
If you are purchasing this to use on a Dometic roller system, just be aware that you will have approximately 2" of the top portion exposed to the elements at each end of your awning, when rolled up. I will probably use clear Gorilla Repair tape to protect this portion of the screen.
It gives me the extra height I need. Black or silver would be a better color. Less play would be nice.
