Since I wrote the comment above, I have received the order, and all is as it should be. I received 2 boxes, 1 for each item ordered, and not on the same day, so at first I thought I was missing an item but the 2nd box came on the 2nd day so all is well!
Totally satisfied! Part that I ordered was delivered in a timely manner, plus, the follow up from the Company to let me know that it was being delivered was totally professional! Would recommend this Company for any parts that are to be ordered! Thanks for your professionalism!

Excellent prices and service as usual
Placed an order and received a conformation stating that my order was shipped. The conformation had a tracking number. However, over 2 weeks later my order was not delivered and the tracking number was useless. After I contacted the company, research indicated that the items were back ordered. I wish this information was provided to me when I ordered the items.

Web site a bit clunky.
The product arrived several; days ahead of my requested shipping instructions. A big surprise.
However the product arrived DAMAGED. The requested product is an electrical component with a printed circuit board (a Brain) and a hand held electrical remote control plus an 15 ft. Coil cord with a phone connector on each end.
The 1st 2 items were placed in a plastic mini-bubble-wrap sleeve rather haphazardly. The remote control was placed against the spade terminals of the Brain/controller. Then all 3 items were placed in a USPS "Priority Mail" Flat Rate Envelope. This was likely done by the OEM. Then Adventure RV shoved that package into another USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope. This poor packing caused the spade terminals to be bent and the label (instructions) on the back of the remote were left unreadable (scraped off by the spade terminals).
I don't know if there is additional damage done to the products. But, I do know that I am not prepared to spend the time and money to install the product in my RV only to find out it is truly defective.
The product needs to be replaced promptly!
The Brain is square and has 2 edges that are smooth while the other 2 edges both have exposed and protruding spade terminals. The hand-held remote needs to be positioned adjacent to one of the smooth edges of the Brain when placed into the mini-bubble-wrap sleeve.
