The freezer door was the right product, thankfully and arrived quickly with standard shipping. The price of the door was more than I wanted to pay but your price was the best I could find. It's unfortunate that this door is so poorly made that it required replacement.

Online ordering sucks! What is wrong with phones?

Web sote was easy to use and my part where shipped right away

Tried to call and ask a question and couldn't get anyone. Sent emails with and didn't get any answers. Tried to chat with someone who sent me looking all day to figure out my question. It would be nice to talk to someone instead of getting what seemed to be a computer answer for my questions.

No fault of yours, FedEx delivered to the house next door. I was able to easily recover my order; however, I filed a complaint for incorrect address delivery.

Received it a week early and was what I ordered. Glad to see there are still Companies around that deliver on time.

Process was easy. Still need two parts and have not been able to find them. 1. Acorn nut cap 2. Stud extender for wheel master chrome hub cover for road master chassis. Stud extender is 3" long x 1 5/16o.d. X 7/8s i.d.
All are right hand twist.
