Items arrived ahead of when expected by US mail. Shipping is a bit expensive, even though I live in Alaska. Products were as advertised and exactly what I needed.

The cables were received in half the time estimated and were exactly what we needed. They are much lighter in weight and yet more than strong enough for our tow vehicle. We are very pleased. They take up much less space than our prior pair which were dirty and work out after 12 years towing.

AC cover was cracked on delivery. Didn't see it until after the AC was unpacked. Decided it was not worth the effort to return it and repaired it with fiberglass patch.

Could not get your free shipping code to work

Easy transaction, reasonable product price. Shipping also reasonable. Competitors shipping outrageous along with higher prices. (don't raise yours just because I let the secret out)

Review #2, Ten days after I placed my order it was delivered. I am a little disappointed with the 2 to 5 days shipping. I guess that is a disadvantage of living out in the country.
Other than the shipping/delivery time I am satisfied with the product. It has all the parts and will do the job.
