It's really disappointing The color, quality and decorations on the dress are poor and ugly Costumer service even worse. Try to contact them and say that the dress doesn't even look close to what i ordered and sent them some pictures but they said if it doesn't have any fabric defects they can not help me here and after that never got back to me. And the sad thing you can not leave any reviews on their web site so people like me have no idea what to expect Please stay away from this site Don not buy or more likely you will be sad the same as me right now

I was hesitant in ordering my dress online but for the price I decided to take a chance. I did have a lil trouble in the beginning with communication with adoringdress but eventually was able to communicate and shipping did take a lil longer than expected but the wait was worth it. My dress is absolutely perfect, it looks exactly like the picture and with the exception of still needing some hemming it fits perfect. I would recommend this site to everyone! :)

I got my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from here and i would do it again. Cheap products but great products. Bridesmaids dresses were the perfect color and super fast about 1 month from order placed to ordered received. They said they fit great just got to be taken in around the boobs. My wedding dress is not 100% like it was in the picture but still love it. They kept me updated on when it was being made and shipped even the day it would be here. It is a little tight around my hips but other wise its great. Would suggest using them!

My experience with AdoringDress has been a pleasant one. I came across the store while looking for an occasion dress and was highly fascinated by the collection they offered. There were beautiful dresses in attractive colors for all the occasions. And the best part was the price. All the dresses were so reasonably priced for such great designs. I ordered one for trial and received in about two weeks. All through the time, I was kept informed about the status of my order.And when I got it, I was just shocked! It was such a gorgeous dress with high quality fabric. It was difficult to believe the price I paid for it. Moreover, it fit perfectly. What more would one want?
AdoringDress has become my shopping destination for special occasion dresses since then. I have saved a lot of money using this store and recommend others to try it too. I hope my review proves useful to others.

Having a terrible experience with them.

They are very very hard to get a hold of. I paid for both dresses up front then I got a confirmation email saying they will be also be charging me an additional fee due to a "foreign exchange rate", which they do not tell you until you have paid for your order. I ordered the dresses in February and did not receive them until April. Even though I did not order the dresses in custom size, they still took 1.5 month to get the dresses shipped out to me.

I placed one order for 2 burgundy color dresses, but when I received the dresses, I got one burgundy and one purple. Not only that, both dresses were sewn together completely different. I have contacted them multiple times and sent 5 emails. Still, no one has responded.

I would not use this website again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I suggest ordering within the US or walking into an actual bridal store, even if it costs a little more.

I bought a beautiful prom dress off Adoring dresses, so I thought. I still have not received it and I can't seem to get ahold of ANYONE over email and they do not give you a phone number to call. I emailed them and told them I'd like my money back and they can just keep their dress, if they even have any, and I'd find a dress somewhere else. Also, they do not tell you while you're checking out but you may pay for express shipping but it take 25-35 BUISNESS DAYS for them to tailor the dress. Which is why I wanted my money back because my prom is only about 20 days away, if that. I didn't find that out until days after I bought it because they don't tell you that. So overall I suggest you DO NOT buy a dress from this site.

Be wise and don't buy from Adoring Dress! Oh yes, the dresses look totally adoring on the site, but these are real designer shootings/dresses. They are nothing like the dresses you'll get send home. The designs are poorly copied in China and it shows. I was blinded by the beautiful pictures and low prices. It was too good to be true. Your wedding and prep should be as fun and stress free as possible, but Adoring Dress gave me a total downer. I feel totally scammed and can't have contact with a real human being. They don't respond to my e-mails with pictures of the mistakes. Where shall I start: too small, bad design, cheap fabrics, beadings cheap and badly sewn, color all wrong... I am so so angry and disappointed. Bye bye money, I worked hard for. NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered my daughters prom dress and when it arrived and she tried it on the zipper was crooked as well as the seams. It was a halter top style dress and the halter was not centered on the dress properly so it didn't even line up with her neck. The beading is cheap and similar to what you buy at Walmart. When I contacted the company about a return they responded saying somebody will notify me soon. It has been two weeks and still nothing. I have continued to email them and still nothing. Very disappointing for my daughter, thank god we ordered early enough that we still have time to find a dress locally but it appears we will be out the $150 we spent in this POS dress. Do not order from this company, the quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse.

Adding my two cents here to all the other terrible reviews! Your wedding day/special event should be as stress free as possible. Avoid the stress and tempting cheap prices, and buy elsewhere. I ordered bridesmaid dresses and after a few days I logged in to check the status only to find two of the comments I had placed on dresses were inverted. Considering I have screen shots of my of original order, I know this is an issue on their end. I proceeded to call and email several times. I also posted on their Facebook. I finally got a generic response on their Facebook to private message them which I did. Never received another response. Then few days received a generic response email about order in process. No idea what I will get in mail but I will dispute charges if incorrect! Not to mention company is in China so no US BBB recourse.

I didn't order my dress from them, I got my dress from a local shop, but what I noticed about them is just about EVERY dress picture they have is STOLEN from David's bridal website. How did I know this? Because I saw MY dress! I kept looking through designs and MOST of the dresses are from David's website by various designers - Vera Wang, Zac Posen, and some of David's own designs. And the crazy part is - my dress was MUCH cheaper than what they are selling it for. But it's gets even crazier. I decided to read some of the reviews for my dress and does this even make sense to anyone:

A few days back when I was the bride, I have made my maids wear this wonderful and cute dress. My eyes were on the dress for quite some time. This wedding gown is particularly focussing on each part of the body. The benefit is that I got a big size, as all my family members and other guests and the maids were fuller persons. The many layered full skirt creates a fashion statement and makes it different from the run of the mill gowns. Will sure be here for more dresses for some formal events.

You had your MAIDS wear what is clearly a bridal gown? You got a larger size because your family members and other guest and maids were fuller persons? Clearly this is an in house review and it sucks. Oh and FYI, the body of the dress is NOT FULL you have to wear a petticoat to get that effect... this is what they don't know because well, they aren't the original designer of the dress.

Bottom line - yes when I was getting married I was on a tight budget and considered getting a dress from overseas but changed my mind and I'm glad I did! I know some people have had good experiences, but knowing that all they do is steal dress designs from websites and try to pass them off as their own by putting their logo on it doesn't mean it is a good product. Never did I think I would see a David's bridal dress design stolen (and actually De Vinci has a similar design) and none the less at a price more than what I paid. BUYER BEWARE and do your homework!

I wish I had seen a review like this before I did...
I ordered an IVORY wedding dress-- the dress that came was not only STARK WHITE but was also not finished-- it was missing beading, didn't have the hook so that it could be attached in the back, and still had pins in it. I contacted them about this and not only got VERY little response-- waited over a week-- sent another e mail--- waited over a week--- sent another e mail-- after three e mails finally heard back that they would not offer a refund because their ivory is a "soft white"-- I did not order a soft white-- I ordered ivory. They have been very unhelpful and unethical through this whole process and lack of response shows very little business responsibility.
Whatever you do... BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

** also they provide a phone number but no matter what time you call-- I have tried at different parts of day and night-- you get a voice mail-- I left multiple messages over the past two months and have yet to get a call back
