I am wondering if this is an internet scam site. I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming dance. I received all kinds of reassuring emails stating that the order was received, then that the dress was guaranteed to arrive by October 3rd, then one that said it was in the tailoring phase, then one that said it had been shipped. On the day of her dance, I still had not received the dress. I sent an email and they replied "Due to national holiday, we will not be working until October 7th... so sorry, we will refund your money." NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Addendum: We did receive a refund several weeks later so at least we got our money back.

When I got my dress it was not the color pictured on the website. I ordered it in Champagne and it was a yellow color with a tint of orange. It was also not the dress pictured. It was a designer knockoff. When I contacted customer service, I was advised in order to get the color I wanted I had to re-order my dress in a different color and return the other dress to them at my expense which was $105.00 to ship from SC to China. I was then told after they received the dress I would get a refund minus 20% for a restocking fee. My dress was not custom made. I just ordered a normal size off the website. I did not give any measurements in my order. So my "cheap $250 dress" cost me $400. I could have bought the designer dress from a bridal boutique in the US and it would have been made with a higher quality of lace and real beading for $600. (The dress from adoring dress does not have beading or pearls, just sewn on translucent sequins) I am very disappointed and now cannot afford to buy another wedding dress and am stuck with this one.

All in all very happy with everything, they allow PayPal payment and their customer service emailed me many times until I got my email. Delivery was faster than expected, package was shipped in a good condition and the dress was beautiful just as shown in the pictures. Very pleased with my dress. I even took pictures wish I could upload on their website.

It was the first time of purchasing any dressesat online stores and i was not sure and worried. After giving it a very careful thought and reading a lot of reviews, i decided to take a risk. Adoringdress didn't make me disappointed. I opened the bag with a skeptical feeling BUT... when i saw it i fell in love with it. I tried it out as soon as possible and i was so satisfied with the way it fit my body. I m a 5,6" and 152 lbs. it was true to size and the color was true to the pictures.

I can't tell enough how beautiful, elegant and graceful this dress is.
And, yes the dress arrived on time.

Adoringdress makes shipping dress really wonderful and had affordable prices as well. I got my dress yesterday and love it so much. I will trust them and use them in future.

Just like any other online company, you will sure read a lot of positive or negative reviews, but for adoringdress, experience will teach you better. In most cases I have read many customers who are not satisfied with their items, but truly for me things went well with adoringdress.If you want to get a full refund to get a full refund you must satisfy all the their refund policy which is fully explained. I expect anyone having doubts to check it out first before buying.

They Delivered my order. Looks great but it took long for me to get this dress(3 weeks to get the dress). Anyway, happy customer!

Obviously you can't order from this website and expect the best material or the nicest sewing - I mean you get what you pay for. That is not my issue. The dress was nothing like pictured, I tried ordering bridesmaid dresses and all were completely different with designs and color. Not sure how you can order 8 dresses in an order and have all come out different. Just please go somewhere else and spend the extra 50$ to get something of decent quality.
