I ordered a dress and was super excited about finding what I wanted. Paid for my order, and was tracking my shipment on TNT another disaster no customer service what so ever. TNT requested my proof of payment and invoice supplied by Adoring Dress 5 times. After weeks of continues requests from TNT they finally tell me that Adoring Dress supplied a false invoice on the shipment. Now I'm liable for a penalty, Adoring Dress are laughing at me and the frustration is high. If they are this dishonest, what is the quality of the dress going to be.

This company CANNOT make the dresses anything like the pictures that they advertise or the right size then they go out of their way to make the return process so hard that you feel like giving up!

Ordered my dress from adoring dress... it arrived 10days early and its wonderful. The service and replies were amazing. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. If you are ordering, just make sure you order correctly from the start. Changes made later are difficult to capture. E.g. I asked to change the size to a size bigger (order a size up from the start) and got the original size. Luckily it fits with just minor alterations. Thanx adoring dress! I love my dress!

Ordered my wedding dress from adoringdress.com (not adoringdress.co). It was a custom fit gown. Took 9 days from order to delivery and was amazed at the fit and quality of the workmanship. Would order from this company again.

I've had this horrible experience with the fact that i get no response from anybody! It's frustrating to know that i didn't even get an email confirmation. I tried contacting them many times, still no response from them and I don't know when my dress will arrive. I have to go off by the website in what status it is. With that being said I log in to my account sometimes my order history is there sometimes it's not! Horrible service and i still haven't received my dress! Wondering if the dress is as bad as the service! Save the hassle!

I ordered my wedding dress and then got super scared after reading the reviews. But I was super happy when it arrived. I dont think it looks cheap, except for the beading. Luckily mine is just a very small one so it doesnt matter. The dress fits perfectlz - i sent my own measurements. The train is not detachable or anything so I am going to the seamstress to figure something out so I can dance. I got this dress in less than 3 weeks after i pressed the order button. The lace on the bottom part holds on just enough to survive one wedding.

Like many I was hesitant to buy my dress from adoringdress.com but decided to give it a try. My dress came in today and I am soooooo pleased. It's not EXACTLY like the allure one being a knock off and all but it is still VERY close and the quality is good too. The best part about it was saving $1,000+! In the stores I was trying on size 12s but on this site I bought a 14 just in case and it fits kind of like the 12s. I still need to have it adjusted of course but bigger is bettrr than smaller. I know I could have bought a 12 from here and still had room to have it taken in. Overall I am very happy.

So easy to place my order. I bought a vintage dress before from adoringdress and loved the champagne color. The dress was beautifully tailored so I was very happy to order another one. I ordered a Sassy Off-shoulder Long Lace Tulle Gown and it was a little big on bust so I ordered another one a little smaller, but I will keep the larger one and do some alteration. Well done"
