I recently ordered a large order and had a ton of store credit since I didn't purchase at all while pregnant. Cancelled with no explanation. I reorder, inconvenient as the sale had ended, but placed another several hundred dollar order. Cancelled within two days with no reason. Im wanting a refund of my store credit and to cancel my membership.
One of the items I ordered had been previously returned (based on how it was crammed in the plastic bag). On closer inspection it was clearly worn and washed with a stain in the underwear.

Do not pay for priority or expedited shipping because their delivery estimates are incorrect and they will not refund you when the item arrives later than what you paid for.

Everything I've purchased on this site is so cute and fits perfectly. The check out process is easy and I always get my deliveries quickly.
I was supposed to get my May box and they couldn't figure out where it was, so I got a June box at the beginning of July. Then I purchased two items out of the June box, but had to swap sizes. I called and they wouldn't credit my $20 styling fee for the box because my purchases were technically not in the box. They seem pretty crooked to me.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. The sets are always beautiful. I appreciate the fact that they make sets in my sizes.

I love the design and the materials. It's also comfortable.
The items are great and good quality. Shipping is always so slow and takes 2 to 3 weeks to get what you order.
Deliveries were always delayed, a week or two after promised date. I never got the free set after the sixth set purchased. Bought a total of nine sets for my wife. The two reasons why I canceled my subscription.

I see in your account, that you applied for a BOGO offer in your order(s) 412006127, and that's why it didn't count towards your free set, as BOGO doesn't count towards the 6th free set deal.
Just a refresher on how this works: Every regular-priced set you buy on our site counts towards your "6th free set" deal.
You can track your progression towards your 6th free set directly from your account's Dashboard: a bra will light up in your account's bra counter for every full regular-priced set you buy and once the 5 bras are lit, you can redeem your 6th free set.
To redeem it, you just need to add any set to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout, where the reward points will automatically apply and this will deduct $39.95 from the set's price.
Just a heads up: Sets bought with certain offers, like BOGO or discount ones, don't count towards the 6th free set deal.
- When you apply an offer in your bag, it mentions underneath each set/item in the bag if reward points (200 reward points equal 1 bra in the 6th free set counter) for the free set are awarded by using that offer.

Adore me used to be better about designing bras for better support and coverage, but my recent purchases have not been great. From demi cups that are advertised as full coverage, itchy materials, and super thin, cheap panty fabric...the quality just isn't what it used to be.
Open the box and saw the colors and was IMMEDIATELY dismayed. Despite the completing the profile the colors were NOT what I would like. This is the reason I discontinued Adore me the first time. I'm not a fan of neutral colors. "I" choose when I will wear them and what I am willing to pay for them...least of all have it be a surprise in a box.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
