I have given AdoreMe enough chances. Their sizing is not standardized and all their products fit poorly. And they likely are aware of this as a lot of their stuff is "not returnable". I have been measured professionally and use those measurements as well as regularly take my own before shopping online and AdoreMe has failed me EVERY TIME. Go to Dillards or something. At least you'll get stuff that fits.

The material is very cheap quality. The price is high.
The underwear on the models looks fantastic. In reality, to wear, it's not particularly supportive, the things that say they're lifting bras are not particularly lifting. Most of the bras have a seam right over the nipple which is uncomfortable and unflattering. And they don't feel particularly good in general- the material feels plasticky or papery. I keep saying "never again" about their bra and panty sets, but then they put out a really cute one and I catch amnesia. Their sports bras and pajamas are great and cute and worth buying.

Ordered several sets. Products are definitely overpriced for what you receive from quality and design vs. price. Also received the shipment with the outside package unsealed. Luckily only one item was missing. I notified the company and they basically ignored my issue. Why would you not replace the missing item? The items were ordered as sets...replace the missing item and fulfill the order. A $5 store credit is not a satisfactory solution to a problem that you created.

My only issue - twice I went to make purchases for BOGO sales but the prices didn't update :( I would've loved to purchase at half price but ended up not purchasing at all
My wife and I have loved the service until recent. We cancelled the membership due to the warehouse being idiots, I am not one to steal... We would send and mark the proper way way online what we did not want, weeks later I get a email saying I am being charged for something they say was missing but was 100% returned. This happened 3 different times. Then yesterday. I get a email saying they are going to charge me for clothes from back in May on 2023, it is not Sept. 2023. Which I also have a email receipt from back then they they did receive it. Then I get some bull$#*! line that it was returned outside of the window. BS...

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Hello Nancy, thank you for your question! Yes, you can always choose the Pay As You Go option upon checkout.
Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
