You are so close to being a store that fits my needs…but the shipping times are too long. I've even attempted to pay for faster shipping but my items came late. This is super frustrating especially being a new customer. I had much difficulty figuring out what size would suit my chest. Measurements were close but hard to determine…so I had many exchanges. Exchanging is tedious due to having to do each one individually. Tracking of your orders is complicated as you have to check each one. I guess now that I have an idea of how things fit, it will be easier.
I ordered from adore me because I really care about the environment. I got a pretty straightforward order 5/$20. The stock was super limited, but I was fine with that. I was really excited. I only got two pairs delivered to me. No notification for my other three were so I called several times finally got someone who told me oh we don't have any of them they're out of stock...cool. So they give me vouchers to re-order which sucked because everything was out of stock. So I finally found three more pairs that were in stock. Nothing I normally would like but they didn't offer me a refund so I went with what I had. When I tried to order them the vouchers learn on my account so I had to call again and put in a help ticket realize that my email is wrong. That's my fault, but they were less than helpful and fixing that situation and remedying it. Whatever, got my order a few weeks later, nothing wrong with it then I go on my bank account and they have signed me up for their monthly subscription for no reason. So I had to cancel that and wait on a refund. I put in a request to close my account but I have to call them and at this point they're so difficult to work with whatever I'm just gonna let it be, moved. I remove my card from my account, so hopefully they won't charge me again..

Order the product over a week ago hasn't moved anywhere call the company they tell me I'm waiting on the tracker reach out to the tracker. They haven't even received anything to pick it up from the company but you, but they got my money.

Everything was great. The products are all great and work well with my current wardrobe.
I got shipped someone else's order. That's bad enough, but then they charged me a restocking fee to send back the items that I never ordered to begin with! Terrible customer service!

I received an order w/the BOGO sale and my items had an awful smell. I contacted Adore Me via email and they communicated with me through the exchange process and I was given vouchers for 2 NEW sets even though I didn't have credit for 2! I also bought 2 more sets that were on clearance. Love everything that I received! I will continue to be a customer with Adore Me!
I love adore me, I look forward to getting my elite box every month. I end up keeping everything, I love them all so much.
The products are beautiful and the quality top notch. I am plus size so I don't always find something that I really like and I haven't had a problem with AM. And if I have it's usually because I swear I can size down and that doesn't work out for me. But I just give it to my sister.
Ive ordered 3 sets from Adore Me and each was absolutely beautiful and fit true to size. Im very pleased with my purchase and will order again.
I usually find something I like, but most often the size I need is sold out. When I am able to order something shipping takes an incredibly long time.
The BOGO sale has not once had any options in the sizes I needed in the items I wanted.
I would love to see more color and style options with a larger number in stock.
The other thing is, even washing items on delicate and hanging them to dry, wears them out quickly, and the wires poke through.

I don't really buy lingerie because I feel silly in it. But having the random items come to your house in a box that allow you to try on and send back what you don't need, was great. It took me out of my comfort zone in a good way.
Quality is great and love that they have plus sizes. However they only go by cup size and not waist size. My cup size equals like a medium in waist size however my waist is a 2x. To get something to fit that I have to go up on the cup size which then it doesn't fit my boobs.
I like buying my girlfriend pretty things. She picks what she likes and o buy what I want to see her in.
I needed to exchange 2 items for a different sizes and he expedited the process so that I had my new items within 7 days!
I've always struggled with shopping for swimsuits. Nothing ever seems to fit my curvy body right, but then I found adore me! The fit is always great and the swimsuits last years. I am still wearing the first swimsuit I bought. I've started buying lingirie, bras and panties and have loved everything. The app is easy to shop and I love the exchange vouchers. They are helpful when ordering for a trip and I need to exchange a size quickly.
It's advertised that when you buy five sets you get one free. I was already at four when I placed my most recent order that included 6 sets it didn't count as my fifth purchase and i didn't get the free set

I wasn't sure on sizing and the exchange process was incredibly fast and simple. So far, I am really happy with the few items I have purchased and plan on ordering more.
I purchased an item and was given an estimated shipping date. When that date came and I still had not received my item, I contacted customer support. It was only then that I learned that my order was delayed (and even that was a guess because they just had no new information available).
It is extremely frustrating to not have received any information about my order under I took the time to call and inquire. It is standard for companies to inform customers when there's been a delay. I had bought this item as a gift. Because I was not informed about the delay, I could not plan around it. I will now have to go out of my way and pay to ship this item myself.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service policy and the lack of communication is unacceptable. There was absolutely no regard for the inconvenience this caused! No attempts were made to make the situation better. I was not offered a credit, a refund, nothing! If this is the typical Adore Me experience, I will not be shopping here again.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
