I canceled the VP status and asked for a refund. They refunded the money,but the very next month the debited my account again. So now I'm upset and waited for this second refund. Please check you accounts because they will continue to debit even when not authorized to do so.
Be careful! I had my credit card hacked on this site and purchases were made every month. What's more, my daughter downloaded the application and ended up with a subscription (with monthly payments, of course) that she didn't want.

They never seem to update product count nor place items back in stocks. Customer service advises to follow several days later to the next week. I have literally checked every day for an item and it has never been replenished. It's now been over 2 months.

I have been getting Adore Me products for about a year. Overall I'm satisfied. I like the designs and options available to chose from per month. The downside I've had is materials with stretch seem to have little plastic strands break and be seen on the outside of the material.
The top fit great on the person I ordered it for. But the bottoms were a bit small. Also the stockings were a little small on who I ordered them for. Overall looked good though

I have been ordering from adore me from a while. They are sexy, comfortable and provide many options to customer.
I really like my sets,there cute and sexy. The fit is nice and sexy. I've even bought something for my daughter who likes it. She did say the bone on the side was a little uncomfortable.

The items were just not to my liking. I went back to VIP status and I order several when each new collection drops. Adore Me is by far my absolute favorite line of lingerie.
I have used Adore Me off and on for a couple years. Recently, I had to make a few returns as I was figuring out my size. The return process was easy and fast and my re-purchases were also received and good timing. This process made me appreciate this company even more, now both for the quality products and quality in service.
I love my monthly Elite boxes. They always come with a beautiful variety of products. The prices are great, styles are gorgeous and my love enjoys them very much.
I've been shopping at Adore Me for over a year now. Honestly, not a month goes by that I don't buy new lingerie and clothing from Adore Me. I am very happy with the convenience of the app they have and the quality of their products. I have quite a nice collection of bras and lingerie but what I love is the lounge wear that can be worn out as clothing. They also have a nice selection of apparel. I couldn't be happier with my shopping relationship with Adore Me. I've never had to return anything. Everything has been a perfect fit and of high quality. And the value for your money is great too.

*I see you got charged because you didn't finalize your box within its 7 day try-on period and this prompted our system to charge you for all its sets.*
- When it'll be received back at our warehouse we'll be sure to refund you for the returned sets.

**To avoid experiencing this again** - we kindly recommend finalizing your boxes within their 7 day try-ons, by marking sets as Kept or Returned, as this lets us know what you're keeping or returning, thus, avoiding charges for sets which you plan to return.
**Useful tip:** *only the Finalize Order form needs to be completed during the 7 day try-on. For the actual physical return, we allow up to 30 days - starting after the 7 day try-on ends - for the set(s) to be returned and to be received back at our warehouse.*

My orders have consisted of padded push-up bras and lace with no padding all with matching panties. I am most happy with the lace and cheeky panties.
It's affordable. You get the VIP monthly subscription. You can get something at great discounts every month. Or if build it up as store credit and go on a huge shopping spree every few months. And you can always pause the membership if you need a break from buying so many cute outfits.
This company is legit. They're similar to other online only retailers is that you can only exchange for free. Returns have a restock fee. But the quality and value are good. Shipping sometimes takes a little while to process if they're backed up, but I usually receive my orders within 7-14 days. I'm in CO and they ship from CA.
Don't be worried about joining the VIP membership, it is very easy to skip a month or discontinue.
Shopping with Adore Me is easy to accomplish. They have beautiful clothing and lingerie. Shipping is prompt. The only recommendation I would have is to make the sizing the same between different items.
I don't like the fact that you don't get a full refund if your items don't fit,you only get a credit. What if I chose to no longer purchase anything? I also don't like the fact that you need to subscribe. I don't shop a lot so that's not something that would interest me.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
