Thai is the only sight that makes great quality lingerie for women with bigger busts at a reasonable price.
Ordered swimsuits and a few other things I needed for vacation. Paid for overnight shipping 5 days before arrival and never received the package. When I called to ask that they reship it they said I had to wait 15 days to declare the package lost them call back. No help whatsoever, truly some of the worst customer service I've experienced.
I had to make multiple calls and emails to finally get a refund. Canceled my subscription and will never order again.
My experience has been wonderful. They have easy return options in the VIP program is an awesome option for those of us who love new stylish lingerie.
Everytime I try to buy something lacy or light pink in color or any color that isn't brown they sell out of my size or don't make my size I'm that product I'm a 38g.
Bought three sets found one of the sets ran different than the rest, but loved the style and cut. Love that they make the same prints and fabrics for larger women I had to exchange and it was the most perfect process. I would not hesitate to do it again.
All the products that I have received intact have been great. However out of 7 Elite boxes, all 7 arrived late, 1 of the 7 arrived open, and 2 of the 7 arrived damaged. They seem to be a good company with good products but their shipping leaves much to be desired.

I ordered two bras on a BOGO deal. Well, I was delivered two orders of the same two bras. They charged me double and sent me double. Both of these orders went through at the exact same time so it was some kind of glitch. I had to go through the hassle of returning it and they still charged me a $15 restocking fee so I was out $15 thanks to their glitch.

I was so excited to get my order. I placed it on the 2nd. It was supposed to be here between 11-15th. I thought 2 weeks was a long time, but with it if I loved it and got it before a romantic weekend I had planned. That has come and gone now and it's the 17th. I was notified on the 16th that it would be late.ya think? Tracking only said it was in California as of the 11th. Then nothing until today when it said the order was in Indiana. I called customer service and all they said was that it was late and they had no clue when it would arrive. This is no way to run a business. Ridiculous. And sooo disappointing. First order and pretty sure my last.
I bought one item from this shop back in December. I was admittedly very happy with this item. But I won't even go over my feelings about the product because they stole $240 from me gradually. I agreed to a one time purchase, that is all I autherized. But the website saved my card information probably by sneaking in some kind of check box where you automatically agree to sign up for whatever membership. They've been drafting $40 out of my account for "store credit" for 6 months under my nose. I'm disturbed and outraged. That is the absolute shadiest business practice I've ever encountered and I promise I'm going to tell everyone I know to steer clear of this website and anyone or anything associated with it. The worst part is the only apparent way to stop this is to cancel your card all together because there is absolute no way on the website to do so. It only allows you to "temporarily pause" your membership that you more than likely did not consent to signing up for in the first place. Disgusting. The people involved with this should be absolutely ashamed.

Bought 4 pairs of bras. I found that the company advertises bras that are not available on their website. Also, the underwire bras cut and are not comfortable to wear. The only thing is that they're pretty, but definitely not worth the $40 cost for each set. I won't be buying from them again.

Wonderful experience and I love all my items. I can't wait for the delivery. Everything fits perfect
I attempted to change the method of payment. Which caused charges to be split between the two methods in the system. I called customer assistance in an attempt to straighten out the mess I made. I was told nothing could be done - and that the credit for returned merchandise would go to the new card, although it was charged to the old. I accepted this and planned it that way.
Nope - everything went the opposite way. Can't get help with customer service - the website is hard to navigate - just more trouble than it's worth. There's other companies offering the same with way less trouble and more effective customer service.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
