The fit was good I love the color and style of the bras
Chose to have a stylist pick my box for a romantic weekend away, but gave detailed instructions on types of bras I was looking for done to the color. Only one even came remotely close to what I asked for. I had nothing to wear for the weekend. When I tried to exchange an option for the correct color, I was charged almost $20 more than the price it was in the box. Customer service was terrible to deal with, took forever to respond and offered nothing for the hassle.
I love seeing what's new every month. Always something cute.
I love all the choices my stylist gives me I also love that they give me the 7 day trial to try everything on. It's great quality with wonderful customer service
Always have great experiences with people if I need help with something. Every piece I've ordered have been true to size and fit comfortably.
Sizing between styles was inconsistent, such that I would order bras based on what I thought was correct size (from another style that did fit properly), they wouldn't fit and I'm stuck with bras that I can't return or exchange because they were sale items and I can't wear them either. Very wasteful and disappointing. Also bathing suits are ugly and sizes inconsistent as well.

I liked the product. It arrived in a timely manner.
The representative was able to assist me and was extremely kind and patient.
The sizing on quite a few things wasn't consistent at first, but seemed to improve recently. The quality was decent, but didn't always match the price paid. I would buy from AM again, but not for my regular lingerie.
They are very selective and know what I like and the sizing is perfect
They had sent me the wrong items and made me jump through hoops with the post office to get it corrected. When I sent in an email about how I felt from this experience it was never responded to or addressed, yet, all my other emails have always been responded to.The cloths are cute but don't last long for how pricey they are. More disappointed nobody addressed my concerns than anything.

The tracking of these shipments are lacking...and by lacking I mean non existent. These ship from California, but the tracking doesn't even work until AFTER I confirm with Adore Me that I have received my shipment. Then magically its able to be tracked? I work in transportation and know quite well there are much better tracking providers out there (regardless of the parcel carrier). I personally like to track all of my deliveries to ensure I'm home or home shortly after the delivery so porch pirates don't steal from us. Did I like the product, eh, they were okay. It was more of the convenience of the home delivery and something new that I enjoyed.

I have been a customer for a long time and when I first started purchasing bra set and pajamas then would come packaged nicely in boxed and I felt special. Now everything comes in mailers with no thought. I only see nice packaging for the influencers and I spend my money with you all.
Every order has been late. They send me a $5 credit which I appreciate but if the lingere doesn't come before the date what's the point? Disappointing that's it's happened more than once.

Why I ended my subscription, I returned the unwanted items as usual, then I received a email saying they never received the items back and I was charged 153 dollars after. I no longer wanted anything to do with this type of order again

Great product. And shipping is free. But it's ridiculous that it can take several weeks to get the items when most shipping takes less then a week. Time to do some research on shipping options.

Everything I got for great and was comfortable it just took longer than what it said to get to where I live
I like the variety and quality I'd generally very nice. The shipping is horribly slow.
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.

When selecting the Elite Membership, you will receive a monthly shipment with multiple sets. These sets are a reflection of the style profile you have created in your account's Elite Dashboard.
Prior to shipping your Elite Box, we will place a $39.95 authorization charge on your account, to ensure that your card information is valid, so that we may start creating the Elite Box for the month. If the charge will pass, it will clear within 1-3 business days, and in the meantime, we'll begin processing your Elite box. If it won't go through, no box will be created.
After further looking into this matter, it appears that you were already unsubscribed you from our Elite membership.
