The shipping is horrible. I get an email that my order has shipped but, when I go to track it, it sits in label created for a week. Then it is suddenly at my door. It either comes the last day of the given window or after it. That is very annoying, especially when items are ordered for an event and don't show up.
I wear a 38A size and I have to admit that of the several bras, all of the padding was too large (comes up to almost my collar bone) and the underwire is sharp. I will never buy another bra from here again

The quality of everything I've bought is really good, but it's hard to determine sizing particularly on bras. I tried the size chart, but then what I ordered was too big. I usually end up doing a lot of exchanges before I get one that fits. The sizing changes sometimes based on the style too which is why I can't just keep ordering the same size.
My husband got me a gift card. The gift card was never delivered. I've been trying to get this solved for WEEKS and keep getting the runaround from multiple people. So unprofessional.

I became a member in October of 2022 and have purchased a couple of items. The quality of my first negligee was very good so I kept going. I received the Roanne lace shorts & tank set in my February box and wanted a different color. I went online to purchase the set and somehow 2 orders went through. I was not able to cancel the second order so I had to wait until I received the order, already charged for 2 by now (2 order #'s, btw). It took a week for someone to get back to me and tell me I could return the item less the restocking fee. So I return the item and was charge the restocking fee. The last dress I bought in the same box is already ripped. A $50 dress and have been able to wear it once. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership after this fiasco.

Upon weeks of research and decision making, I finally felt it was time to try the adore me elite box as it was ONLY $10 To Style!
My initial understanding was that the box is curated for you for $10 & the box is sent with sets to choose from to keep— you pay for the sets you wish to keep. And while this is correct, it was a bit tricky to realize that when they said the boxes are filled with sets ranging from $26 - $56 (or so) I wasn't aware that EACH SET costs this much, and EVERYTHING I got in my box was ~$45+ coming to a grand total of $358 and change.
I didn't even open the sets. Why would I try something on, especially undies, when I know I HAVE TO return them? And how many other women feel this way upon receiving their boxes?
I figured a box subscription meant more affordable and a win for me and a win for the company (recurring undies for me, recurring payments for them), but not for $350+ a month!
I feel gouged, I feel alluded and I feel pink taxed. To make things worse this company is operated by a Male named Morgan, which also feels like an illusion to the target market, WOMEN.
I came to adore me because I thought it would be better quality and pricing then the Savage X FENTY brand, and it was better in quality by far, but this pricing is, respectfully, ridiculous.
The company would do well to either come down on prices, or state with intention in the fine print that your box will cost around $300 or more.
Or hey! Just some training in how to run a business that requires women's approval. We all want to feel beautiful without spending every dime we worked for because… y'know, the pay gap.

When selecting the Elite Membership, you will receive a monthly shipment with a selection of sets, These sets are a reflection of the style profile you have created in your account's Elite Dashboard.
Prior to shipping your Elite Box, we will place a $39.95 authorization charge on your account, to ensure that your card information is valid, so that we may start creating the Elite Box for the month. If the charge will pass, it will clear within 1-3 business days, and in the meantime, we'll begin processing your Elite box. If it won't go through, no box will be created.
After further looking into this matter, it appears that you were already unsubscribed you from our Elite membership.

Sleazy business practices. Not only did I not get a refund for a return, I had a recurring charge of $39.95/month for some "VIP club" that I definitely did not knowingly sign up for. It must have been a default setting along the way. Buyers beware!

Successfully canceled and refunded last month (or so I thought) this month, charged again. I never signed up for a subscription. I bought CLEARANCE lingerie. Never ever buy from them. You'll have a forever $40 monthly charge.

Not only did they take a huge lump sum of money out of my bank account right before the end of the month when my mortgage is coming out. Then it was for a box that they never shipped to me for Christmas, it's Easter!
I also have had under a dollar charges coming out from Adore Me that were small enough that I didn't catch until they took a huge lump sum of money out of my account and I was forced to go back through all of the things that have come out and their little scheme popped up

First of all, I was sent a box after I canceled my subscription, then while it was waiting to be picked back up I was charged $317 for the full box.

I definitely recommend this place! It's my favorite go to from lingerie, regular bras and underwear, to pajamas. Sometimes the sizing is larger so read the reviews carefully!
I did not knowingly sign up for Adore to be able to take money from my bank account every month. The situation was very frustrating.

I bout a few items and supposedly got sent back to the store and I did not received any email or anything until January. I called because if I remember right, I order everything at the end of November. The address was correct and I even put the name of the businesses so the driver can locate the place easy. Also it wasn't my first time ordering in that location. Then I had to reorder and wait more for my items and when I get them the size small runs like a medium. And so I rather not order from you guys any more. Also every time I find a nice bathing suit never have my size and I have to look and look until I find one. Is too much.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
