I bought new matching lingerie and love what I got for a special occasion.
Lingerie is cute and sexy. Some of their lounge wear is super comfy. Everyday bras however are a bit of a disappointment and not great quality. Will have to buy another everyday bra to replace the one I bought a few months ago.

The items in the subscription are so much higher priced than single items on the site. A few things they send are on my list of what I don't prefer. In the last 2 boxes, I've bought 2 items out of about 10.

On occasion, I like to buy a new bra for different things I'm wearing or different places I'm going and having to be pushed into a subscription just because I want to buy one thing for a special event just doesn't do it for me.

The quality of the product is good. But unless I find items on sale. I won't be purchasing because alone they're too expensive even with the monthly program. The monthly program should be $35 and you get an outfit for the $35.

The last set I receive didn't fit nicely and most of the ones I pick don't be in my size or not available
I purchased a swim suit and wore it on 1 vacation that lasted 8 days and brought 3 suits. 1 was from Adore me and it completely faded after swimming in less than a week. So sad because it's such a cute suit and I reviewed so many compliments on it and even recommended Adore me to them.

So far everything has been amazing! The style quality and customer service. Really enjoying this subscription box. My husband and I open it together. Super fun
My very first few orders with this company were fantastic. High quality garments for a better deal, and much more convenient with the shipping aspect. Over the past year or so though, the quality has significantly decreased, sizing became inconsistent across different styles (and no, I'm not talking about demis vs pushups - I'm talking same full coverage style, yet different fits between one bra and the next), and the exchange/return process became super inconvenient. Same steps over the app, yet I'd have to hound customer support just to receive my refund in my bank account well after they received my return. I used to love this company, but it's pushed me back to going shopping at department stores for the amount of effort involved in trying to get the right fit and quality.

I paid for expedited shipping that would come before I left on vacation, my package wasn't shipped until after the date it was supposed to arrive. Working with customer service was a nightmare. I won't buy from adoreme again

I've had a couple items that I have to return after they get damaged I never had an issue replacing the item.
Card was charge for items not in possession. Things were sent over and over again multiple times. Customer service wasn't helpful..

The quality is great, selection is fantastic and very affordable.
My order arrived quickly and the quality of your bras is great and they are very comfortable
Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
