I asked to cancel my membership and found I was charged for it. I sent an email when it took more than a week for someone to get back to me. That person never followed up and I reached out again. The second rep took care of my issue but this was 2 weeks after my original request. 5 stars for second rep and 0 for the first based off lack of response and the response time it took to fix a simple request.
I've been a VIP member since 2019 and I've never had issues until February 6th 2023. February 6th I purchased my items and by the 7th they said they were shipped out, although I kept looking for updates on my tracking number. The tracking number that I received never gave an update and when I called three weeks into not receiving anything. Customer service was horrible because they said I have to wait a month before they can do anything. Once March 7th came around there was still no resolution besides repurchasing the same items or getting a refund. I repurchased the same items on March 7th and now that I am at April 1st I feel like I am the big fool. I'm the big fool due to the fact that I will not be receiving my items and I still have to wait till the 7th to get a refund. I am highly annoyed with this belief that accompany can ignore their customers in the way that they do. I'm the one that had to call the shipping company to find out that they did not receive any items from the store besides a shipping label and information. And when I made the call the second time around they were telling me the exact same thing that all they received was the shipping information but no actual items. Something that the company can do themselves but choose not to. It's disgusting that they don't take their customers as serious as they should. The fact that I know that they did not send anything out and they are not on top of it themselves is blowing my mind away. Disappointed with the company I'm disappointed with the shipping that they continue to use even though I recommended that they switch, due to the fact that nobody is getting their items. Use a different shipping company so that your customers can continue to get their items and not sit around for 2 months and disappointment. I'm from Toronto Canada and they tend to use that excuse why I have to wait a month, as if I never purchased from them before and it came within two and a half weeks.

There are soooo many things which went wrong with my first order I don't know where to begin. Tracking information was completely wrong. Said it was delivered 4 days before I received it, that was the first mistake from them. Next, I find that they got me Elite box mixed up with a different order I aced. Second, the charged my card the day after I received my Elite box. When I spoke with customer service over the phone the woman was friendly and as helpful as she could be but I don't think she truly understood what I was actually explaining as she spoke English as a second language. Then the email correspondence I had with here there was constantly misunderstandings.
After all this I am so fed up with their service I am just returning everything without even trying anything on. So I can't speak to quality of the products but everything at least looks cute in the plastic wrap.
So, long story short, AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Please allow me to explain how our Buy 5 get 1 free set works.
Every regular priced set the customer buys on the website counts towards our Buy Five, Get The Sixth Free deal. The customer gets 200 points for every full regular priced set he/she buys and once the customer has 1000 points he/she just have to add any $39.95 set to his/her shopping bag, proceed to checkout and the reward points will be automatically applied. This means that orders that have promotions or discount codes will not be eligible for the reward. Even if a single item from an order is purchased with its regular price, while the whole order has a discount code, it will still not be eligible for the reward. Also, please be informed that panty sets, freebies, and accessories will not count for the reward as well.

I am really easy going, when I order things I pay for them like it or not. I am one to read everything, I'm tired of being told I purchased a subscription or that I'll receive more in a month. I didn't remember: reading THAT when I placed my order OR seeing prices attached to picks (like this or don't like this) OR seeing that someone else was going to choose for me, how would that be possible without them ever seeing me. I didn't expect the box would take a month or so, and them giving me 6 days to decide. I guess I didn't quite understand the rules of the game, if I had I wouldn't have placed an order. Moving at the time, packed the box, found it, returned it but they had already taken over $300 out of my account. The stuff in this box was tattered, had strings hanging off of items, if I would have even hand wash them they'd have fallen apart, 2 of the 3 bras they sent were scratchy from the cheap lace on them. Now, a 5.95 fee/item on returns unless they were on sale then no $ is returned! Scam artists! I'm sure this will be removed but if only 1 person reads it! Scam scam scam

I never signed for any subscription or membership. This is a fraudulent activity. I ordered ones from this website a gift as a guest. I never saved my credit card or billing info with this website/merchant. This is unacceptable! I got charged $39.95 for some VIP membership I never signed for and never asked to be subscribed for.

I placed an order (not the Elite box) a month ago and still haven't received it.
I tried reaching out to customer service about it. They replied that they were not responsible for delays in delivery and that I should contact the carrier myself if I wanted more information. When I did, the carrier said that the package had never been shipped or at least that they hadn't received it. I contacted Adore Me customer service to confirm that… that was 5 days ago and I haven't heard back from them…

Good, shipped in a timely manner but on other occasions things have taken a week to ship.
Items I have gotten so far have had a massively varied quality and most are significantly over priced for what they are.
First box the return label didn't work, customer service was very frustrating with repeating my name at least five times to get a new label.
Second box also didn't immediately work but luckily with typing in the number it worked.
I will continue for now as I'm bad at shopping for clothes in general but at this point my opinion is neutral to negative.

I purchased a corset set. I tried on the top, not the bottom. Could not get the new "button "system to work so I returned it the minute that I wore it apparently had some kind of perfume smell even though I don't wear perfume and they charged me a $20 fee, I get not being able to try on underwear but trying and of course it's the same thing as trying on a shirt if I can't try on items when I get them and return them if they don't fit, then I am not purchasing any more. Immediately canceled my membership and will not order again.

I received a beautiful blue bra. Loved the look of it.
It is digging into my side as plastic came out so it is very uncomfortable
Also on same side the lace has ripped and has a large hole now.

I purchased 3 separate bra sets and none of them fit. They were either too small or too big. Even worse, they were non-returnable!

The hype was overrated. I was so excited to get everything and it wasn't so great. Hardly anything fit, materials weren't nice enough to offset costs. I may have just had a crappy experience but I definitely was pretty disappointed.

Sometimes my experience was pleasant. There were many times that I was sent items that were not listed. I would have to call to report it, otherwise I was charged for not returning the item that I never received. I was charged for items that you reported as being dirty, but I never took them out of the package to try on. I was charged for items that you reported were never returned, but when I called magically the items were received. Then I would have to wait for my money to be returned to my account. Overall it just became a hassle!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
